Sam's Ocala FL Allowing Animals in Store & Shopping Carts

Sam’s, Allowing Non-Service Animals in Store and;Shopping Carts! On Tuesday, 9/24, I went to shop at the Ocala Sam’s Club. However, Sam’s has lost my business. I do Not think people should be allowed to bring their animals into any store…let alone where food is being sold and/or served! Legitimate service animals are a different story. As I went down the bakery area, I saw a couple with 2 small dogs (definitely not service animals) on a blanket inside the shopping cart sniffing, smelling & pawing a pumpkin pie the couple had placed inside the cart. Now then, what if that couple decides to put that pie back on the shelf for whatever reason? Would you buy it after the dogs were all over it? Do you think it fair to an unsuspecting person to pick that pie up & take home. Gross is what this customer calls it. Animals shouldn’t even be allowed inside shopping carts, blankets/beds or not. I put my produce & food in the cart. Why were they allowed even to enter the store? Why weren’t they stopped? Is Sam’s that hungry for business? Sad. Really sad. Doesn’t say much for Sam’s.

I went to Sam’s club last week only to be turned away and not allowed in the club Because of your Plus Membership. It seems your story of: We chose Plus because it gave us free shipping and we’re not very close to a store. Is only a Bald face lie. Its early entry into the store and as a member I feel I should be able to enter any Sam’s club anytime the doors are open. According to the manager at Sam’s club on Hiawassee Rd in Apopka Fla the plus membership is 50.00 more so people can enter the store at 08:00am instead of 10:00am. This is Dissimilatory towards regular members of Sam’s Club, and I am really thinking about seeing my attorney in regard to this matter and considering going to Costco’s for a membership. This is totally under handed just to double the membership fees, $50.00 dollars is another year membership fee.

Sam’s on Woodman in Colorado Springs Colorado. I have been shopping at Sam’s for my business since 2010 . I buy bread from the bakery. Jason the incredibly rude stand in manager stopped ordering my Bread. When I requested more bread this rude person played games on the phone and threatened not to send a request Not An Order for my bread ! Jason said we will see if we can get it but I don’t know. I have been getting cases for years he has pulled this many times. It’s ridiculous! He pretends not to know who I am every time. I’m just a small business that relies on Sam’s club bakery. I lost $1000s of dollars last week when they cut it off on me without warning. Now they won’t give me an answer when I get some this week. Then, to have Jason threaten me not to even send the email was absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least! He doesn’t deserve any authority.

Sam's Addison IL Disappointing Customer Service

Sam’, Bad service. s in Addison IL #6487. I placed my curbside pickup order on Thursday evening to be picked up on Friday afternoon between 6-7pm. Never received any notifications! I was in the area and parked at approximately 6:50pm, when 7:00 came I called and was put on hold for more than 15 minutes! Finally, someone answered and she stated that they were behind and still pulling orders for the 4:00 ready time. I asked if they had rotisserie chickens ready and grab me one. I was ready to cancel the balance of my order, Carrie stated she would personally pick my order and bring it out. Great job to Carrie. George was out in the parking lot and also checked on me. George stated there is a new manager and does things her way and not putting customers first. I have been a member for 30 years and this is the first time I’ve been very disappointed!!
