Steak ‘n Shake Headquarters and Address Update

Older Steak ‘n Shake corporate office pages may list a San Antonio, Texas address connected to Biglari Holdings or older corporate references. This update is useful for readers searching for Steak ‘n Shake corporate office, Steak and Shake headquarters, Steak n Shake corporate address, Steak ‘n Shake HQ, or Steak ‘n Shake complaint contacts. If you are mailing formal correspondence, legal notices, privacy requests, employment records, vendor documents, or written complaint materials, verify the current address directly with Steak ‘n Shake before sending sensitive information.

Parent Company and Corporate Structure

Steak ‘n Shake is part of Biglari Holdings Inc., a diversified holding company. Biglari Holdings lists Steak n Shake Inc. as a subsidiary company, along with other businesses such as Western Sizzlin.

Because Steak ‘n Shake and Biglari Holdings may appear together in business records, readers should be careful not to confuse parent-company information with restaurant customer-service routes. For restaurant complaints, use Steak ‘n Shake’s official feedback form, app help route, or the specific restaurant location involved.

Restaurant and Location-Specific Complaint Note

A complaint about one Steak ‘n Shake restaurant should include the exact store address, city, state, visit date, order number, receipt, and any manager or employee interaction if available. Restaurant-level issues are usually easier to review when Steak ‘n Shake can identify the specific location and transaction involved.

For food quality, missing items, refunds, app orders, delivery, rewards, restaurant cleanliness, drive-thru service, or local customer-service concerns, use the official feedback form or contact the restaurant involved first.

Choose the Correct Steak ‘n Shake Support Route

Use the Steak ‘n Shake feedback form for general feedback, restaurant-specific feedback, mobile app or delivery order feedback, website questions, rewards program questions, and other guest concerns.

For rewards or app questions, Steak ‘n Shake lists ap*****@*********ke.com in its rewards terms. For privacy questions, use sn********@*********ke.com or the written privacy contact address. For job applications and hiring questions, use the Steak ‘n Shake Careers page or contact the restaurant where you applied.

What to Have Before Contacting Steak ‘n Shake

Before submitting a complaint, gather:

  • The restaurant address, city, and state
  • Date and approximate time of the visit or order
  • Receipt, order number, app order, rewards account details, or delivery confirmation
  • Photos of food, packaging, receipt, signage, or restaurant conditions if relevant
  • A short explanation of the issue and the resolution you are requesting

How to Escalate a Steak ‘n Shake Complaint

Start with the official Steak ‘n Shake feedback form and choose the topic that best matches your issue. Include the restaurant location, date, order details, receipt, and a clear description of what happened. If the issue involves missing food, a refund, app order, rewards account, delivery order, payment dispute, or food quality concern, include screenshots or confirmation emails when possible.

If the issue is not resolved, follow up in writing and keep a copy of your submission. For third-party delivery orders, you may also need to contact the delivery platform because refunds, credits, and driver-related issues may be handled through that app.

For food safety or sanitation concerns, customers may also contact the appropriate local health department. For payment-card overcharges, keep your receipt and bank record, then contact Steak ‘n Shake, the delivery platform if applicable, and your card issuer if the charge is not corrected.

Steak and Shake Wesley Chapel FL Disappointing Experience

April 26, 2025

Steak and Shake, hamburger like cardboard. Would have given Zero stars if that had been an option. Order at 10:36 AM., April 26, 2025. I go early so I know it is fresh. Check #50002. Restaurant at 5542 Post Oak Blvd. in Wesley Chapel, Florida 33544. I have eaten there several times and food is inconsistent. Today I got the #1, double cheeseburger. When I opened it the burgers were overhanging the bun as if someone put a ten pound weight on them to flatten them. All the edges were like chewing cardboard they were so past crispiness, the rest of the burger was tough too.. They definitely weren’t fresh burgers because I ordered and immediately got to the pay window. And the food was ready within 4 minutes. Just an awful burger, which I did eat because it is what I had for Breakfast/lunch. The fries were great. I am from Normal Illinois and loved Steak and Shake there since I was small, but my experiences in Florida haven’t been so good. I was so thrilled when they built one 8 miles from me. Now I have a gut ache and realize that I shouldn’t have eaten it. But that’s on me – I was hungry.. It will be a while before I try it again. Sorry I actually thought about taking a picture but didn’t find this page until after I had eaten.

Steak and Shake Newark OH Rude Customer Service

September 16, 2024

Steak and Shake, did not get what we paid for. I have been a Steak and Shake customer for years. My children (all grown up now) used to love going there when they were little. Unfortunately the chain closed all their PA stores so the only time I get to enjoy Steak and Shake is when I am traveling out of state and happen to see one. Such was the case this past weekend. My family and I were driving through Ohio and saw a Steak and Shake in. Newark, OH. We stopped there and ordered $50 worth of food. Everything we got tasted great, but they shorted us one double cheeseburger. I went up and told them about it. The girl behind the counter insisted my full order was delivered and was so extremely rude refusing to believe us. She defiantly would not make us the missing item or refund us for it. I was then (and still now) in disbelief a restaurant would make such a huge deal about a $6 burger. I asked for the manager, and she told me she was the manager. I told her if it was that big of a deal to her she should look at the surveillance videos from the store’s cameras and she would be able to verify we were telling the truth about the missing burger. After wasting 15 minutes of my life in a heated argument with this store I left. I paid for a food item I never received and the 800 number posted to the door is disconnected so I feel that there is no remedy for my problem unless I want to dispute the credit card charge. . It’s only $6.00 but what’s right is right.
