Reach Walgreens Corporate Office Headquarters 

Walgreens, I have been to Walgreens twice on main street in Haverhill, MA. There are two girls at the pharmacy counter that are rude. One let a friend move in front of me when I was waiting in line then chatted with while I waited. The second I got the another that was out and out rude and was being disrespectful to me and the pharmacist did Nothing. He said he was her boss. Her name was Makayla. She should be fired. I will never shop at that store or pharmacy again. The friend that was with me is changing pharmacies.

Walgreens, My doctor called in a Rx for me early Wednesday afternoon. When a doc calls in a Rx from I expect to pick it up later that same day. It wasn’t ready on that afternoon, wasn’t ready all day Thursday, and I finally got it Friday after 12pm. I asked what happened and was given the excuse that another store had closed and transferred all the rxs over to them. Not My Problem!! I should have started that Rx on Thursday morning. Maybe this is why you’re losing business. What do you have to say about this? And what are you going to do to make it up to me?

Walgreens, Disrespectful Manager. Greetings and salutation. I am contacting your office in regards to the Manger, Fran, at the Pottsboro Texas store. She has been very offensive and disrespectful to my wife and I, and many of our local friends and family. It would seem your office approves of this behavior and support it as well. We will never use your services again and will campaign to encourage others to do so as well. This is a small community, we are involved in community efforts to see such companies and individuals as these, have no place here. Shame on you. I’m a retired elder and not in need of companies or people whom are detrimental to our fine town.

Walgreens Being shorted my medicine. I go to Walgreens on 94th and Blue Ridge. I have been shorted a week’s supply of Alprazolam 2mg. Please check into this problem. This isn’t the first time.

Walgreens, Closing of the only Pharmacy in our community. I am well aware of the fact that I will more than likely not get a response. With the closing of the pharmacy in Hardwick, VT, individuals in Hardwick and the surrounding communities were left with no pharmacy with a 30-minute drive one way. This was a poor decision. I watch your Advertising on the television, and it states that Walgreens is community oriented. In my opinion and many others that is very inaccurate and false advertising. If you cared about impact on communities and people, the Walgreens in Hardwick would not have been closed. There are many people in our area that are disabled, elderly, can’t drive, or don’t have a vehicle. This closure has caused a hardship to many individuals. Walgreens really only cares about bigger paychecks for executives than community or people.
