Ebay Frustrating Item Issue

Ebay, I keep reporting Counterfeit Items- Ebay Allows it. I have reported about a dozen Tiffany & Co. Counterfeit basketballs- I confirmed with Tiffany &Co that Authentic Spalding Collab basketballs will not read or have a Made In China Label on them (near the air fill hole). Every time I report one- Ebay responds with the items not going against Ebay policy. Perhaps I should sell the 4 I was scammed into buying? Funny how Ebay boasts their authenticity teams on commercials….Not very good after all. They need a better system in place. Again- None of the Authentic Tiffany &Co basketballs were made in China- Its pretty simple.

Ebay Website is misleading. The page on the Ebay website, “Selling Fees” says fees for Musical instruments is 6.35%, But when you sell any musiical instrument other that guitars and basses the charge 13.25% That is misleading. They know this and don’t care. See the snapshot.

Ebay Is A Joke!

Omg! We ordered a back window & when we got it was damaged. I called eBay & got a human we started a complaint which expires today. The lady I spoke to told me what was going to happen & I haven’t heard a word from the seller or anyone. Says I have to have returned it by today to get a refund. Who am I returning it to? I call their customer service # the automated system just tells you to look online & hangs up on you. I was looking online for eBay corp # & no phone # seems to work. This is the most stupid & crooked setup! We’re gonna loose $250 because eBay can’t be reached. Today is Jan 5th 2024

Ebay Percentage Increase Issue

Ebay, Nothing interesting enough to get me to sell on ebay ever again. I am a past seller on ebay but left when they decided to charge 9%. Recently decided to maybe start it back up and lo and behold, the first thing I see is an announcement that they are going to raise fees to 13 -15 %in 2025. I’ll sell from somewhere else. There are other options and I will find them! I hope they go belly up. They deserve it.

Ebay Disappointing Customer Service

Ebay refuses to help. Speaking with a representative and a supervisor. Got no results. My first question to the supervisor, was if a seller promises a buyer something and don’t fulfill that, that is a violation of Ebay’s rules? Still no results because they couldn’t see all the messages between the seller and I. I however can see all my communications with them. I want this company to taken off of Ebay. I’m not asking for any money because that is futial. But I want a letter from Ebay telling me this seller has been taken off for breaking Ebay’s rules.
