Ebay Website is misleading. The page on the Ebay website, “Selling Fees” says fees for Musical instruments is 6.35%, But when you sell any musiical instrument other that guitars and basses the charge 13.25% That is misleading. They know this and don’t care. See the snapshot.

Ebay Is A Joke!

Omg! We ordered a back window & when we got it was damaged. I called eBay & got a human we started a complaint which expires today. The lady I spoke to told me what was going to happen & I haven’t heard a word from the seller or anyone. Says I have to have returned it by today to get a refund. Who am I returning it to? I call their customer service # the automated system just tells you to look online & hangs up on you. I was looking online for eBay corp # & no phone # seems to work. This is the most stupid & crooked setup! We’re gonna loose $250 because eBay can’t be reached. Today is Jan 5th 2024

Ebay, Very bad customer service, can’t understand what they say, for one thing and their chat line is also a joke. Been trying to get my account fixed for quite some time to make a purchases and no one apparently can fix it ,Why? The only time their customer service, by voice are chat, can get it correct is when they tell you how much you owe? I guess they do not want me as a customer and for the moneys made on ebay it seems like they could hire US people for their customer service But what they pay their customer service.

Ebay Disappointing Customer Service

Ebay, Ripped off for the third time with No Ebay support. I moved and did a change of address in Ebay…it failed to change, and I didn’t know it. A package was sent to the old address…it was a $65.00 item. The buyers of my old house gave it back to the Fedex driver. I notified the buyer. Long story short, the seller said he didn’t get it back and wanted to charge $80.00 to send another one a (hes 40 minutes from me). I contacted Fedex. the package was returned to the seller, and it was signed for. he didn’t even offer to let me pay shipping to return it to me. I did a complaint with Ebay..it was Ebay’s fault since the address wasn’t changed after I changed it online. They refused to do anything ..I filed an appeal..they did nothing..just closed the appeal.. I’ve been buying from Ebay for over 20 years with a couple thousand reviews (ALL good) The seller has 6 reviews. So, Im deleting my account and won’t buy anything else from them… which I told Ebay resolution in a message with no response so apparently, they don’t feel like they need my business..and there are too many other places to buy now to put up with being cheated….not the first time either…a few years ago I paid $400.00 for an item I never received… they contacted the seller and he closed his account, so no refund and no item. I’ve lost my last dime to Ebay sellers who apparently get to do business however they see fit which Ebay seem to be fine with it. I’d contact Corporate but if this is the way employees provide customers service …then the attitude is coming from Corporate.
