Reach 7-11 Corporate Office Headquarters 

People I know along with myself come to the store Havana and 40th Ave in Denver Colorado quite regularly. This being said, the late-night gentleman (far from a gentleman) not only accuses people and me of stealing (I can only recall stealing 2 things as an adult on purpose and I am 41 years old) he always has some lie of and accuses about why he can’t cook a pizza for us and many others. 7-11 Why don’t you want to have all the money we want to give you? I mean it’s not like any other customers are even present. Do you hire people that they do the job they are paid to do.?

7-11, Rude manager. I have been going to the Woodland Blvd 7/11 in Deland Florida for years, I have a service dog with vest who is always with me, today this I can only describe as the rudest person I have ever encountered in a retail store in my life (I’m 60) told me you can’t have a dog in here, he is service dog I replied to which she said that’s what they all say, leave your coffee and get out of the store or I’ll call 911!.. This is no exaggeration an absolutely disgusting person who feels because she heads up a store she is entitled to speak to someone this way. Other customers were looking in bewilderment at her including the other staff members.

She needs to read the protocol on service dogs in retail stores via the AKC and not be so ignorant to the rules. 7-11 corporate I doubt will do anything to reprimand this person, as always these matters get filtered by admin and will allow her to carry on the bad behavior. I will never set foot in that store again.

7-11, Worked for them and can not even get through to HR. Worked for them and can not even get through to HR to find out where my last paycheck is and for them to fill out a form that I am not worker there anymore and I have called and watched on the phone for over 2 hours each time I have called and no one ever answers. My actual location that I worked the manager said they can not do anything.

7-11, Expensive so so pizza. It was supposed to be seven or eight dollars for a pizza here I put my rewards number in and the elderly lady that was behind the counter was rude and I ended up paying almost $12 for a pizza $11.87 to be exact so I won’t be participating in any of that anymore. I could’ve gone to a pizzeria and gotten a better price for a much better pizza And then the lady start talking about me with the next customer about me! That was rude. I didn’t go in there to pay $11.87 for a pizza I went in there to pay eight dollars for a big pizza and that’s what I wanted so enjoy ripping people off.

7-11, Terrible customer service. I tried to return milk which was not sealed properly. The cashier refused to accept the milk and to let me get a replacement milk. Then he ignored me and continued cashing out customers behind me. The employee was a zero star! Very annoyed with whole experience. The store doesn’t stand behind their products! Ridiculous! Won’t be going back! Unhappy customer!
