Reach Burger King Corporate Office Headquarters 

Burger King, I ordered on 2/14/2025. It was a delivery order. Order number 933. The order did not arrive. I called Burger King and they said it was picked up and Door Dashes problem. It takes 3-5 calls to get an answer. Door Dash tried to reorder after calling 3-4 times and it did not arrive. I would like a refund please.

Burger King, Money losing App. Burger King/RBI must lose so much money and annoy customers with their useless App. All the marketing time and money spent attracting customers only to have the App not work. This is ongoing and has been like that for over a year. I deleted the App. Does anybody in marketing follow the process on the app to actually try to place an order? IT and Marketing really need to be overhauled. Tried at the restaurant location only to be told “must be done through theAapp”. And worse, they don’t care! I left without purchasing anything.

Burger King, Burnt, Disgusting. I quit eating at Burger King 20 years ago because the service was so awful, new one opened up thought I would give it another go, Never Again! Burnt And Disgusting! Burger King will continue to lose customers if this is acceptable.

Burger King, I ordered a Jr. Whopper with cheese, when I received my receipt I was charged for double cheese. When I asked the cashier why I was charged for double cheese she said please don’t start that with me and then stated that is how the register is set up to charge for cheese she couldn’t do nothing about it and to call corporate. Got my burger and only 1 slice of cheese on it but charges $1.20 for double cheese.

Burger King, Skimpy portions and difficult to contact the company. The last several times I have ordered two Your Way Meals, they barely put any fries in the bag. This last time, I showed the counter person the portion and asked if the bags were filled properly? Yes. I asked again, are you sure the bags are filled properly? Yes. I tried online to get an email address to contact the company but the links take me to the automated system. The automated system is more trouble than it’s worth, hard to use, and I cannot get the help I need. So I am left with leaving a negative review. I have been a customer for well over 40 years, and even worked for the company for a time. However, recent years have been such a disappointment. I am not willing to be charged more each time I go in, for less portions and increasingly poor quality ingredients. The $5 Your Way Meals were my last ditch effort to find value, despite the diminishing quality of the food. Burger King is no longer worth it, I’m sorry to say.
