TracFone Won’t Unlock My Phone! I have tried every possible way to contact TracFone/Straight Talk—emails, calls, reviews, and written complaints—but have received no response. For three months, they told me my Samsung Galaxy A53 was unlocked, only to find out that was not true. Now, I can’t switch to another provider like T-Mobile because they refuse to unlock it. This is completely unacceptable, and I won’t stop pursuing this issue until they unlock my phone as they should have from the start!

TracFone, Cell phone operation. I called and the person knows nothing about phones, if I came to them, he kept asking me for my phone number and account number, especially I wanted to know about the two phone number emails to make a phone work that are required to text and email your friend’;s, they are MMS and SMS and they knew nothing about the replacement RCS that is more secure and has more storage. So, I asked Copilot and of course it knew all. What they used and about the new RCS, messaging system. I suggest that they teach their personnel about phones so they can help people like me looking for a new company as Xfinity knows nothing and they assigned me new phone number emails and my friend’s started calling and asking me why they could no longer email my phone.

TracFone, what a joke they do Not know what they are doing. TracFone, 8 days without a phone, 11 hours on chat with customer service, multiple reference numbers, none of them know what they are doing. Gave up and went with another company, not after they charged me once each day for two days straight for service and porting of number I never received. Reporting them to FCC, Better Business bureau as well as my credit card company. Run towards another company especially one that is Not run by Verizon or subsidiary of!

TracFone, been trying to get my cell replacement new phone. I sent my old TracFone 3 weeks ago. No help. Please advise.

TracFone, Poor customer service. Same issues as the other reviews. The agents with accents if female or male are making so many mistakes. I am going to read the terms of service in its entirety tonight. My experience is worst than the other reviews. I just don’t want to give up on TracFone. I wish there was a TracFone store I could go into. My issue is resolve bleeding. I am currently out of cell service without an activated device. The agents from the Philippines need a whole lot more experience. The rebuttals, script, and deceitful marketing has TracFone looking like a scam. It reminds me of the movie Master P produced and directed in the 90’s, “I Got the Hook Up.”
