No response to my letter to Electrolux headquarters regarding defective product

After getting no help from customer support, I sent a letter to Electrolux Headquarters on June 26th regarding a large scratch on my range top. I still have not used the appliance and I am waiting for some resolution from your company. To date, I have received no further communication from Electrolux on this matter.

Electrolux, Horrible Experience – Still No Working Refrigerator

Dealing with Frigidaire has been a nightmare. My Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator stopped working, and after months of failed repairs, it’s still unusable. A technician, assisted by a Frigidaire rep over the phone, attempted a repair—only for the fridge to start smoking heavily. Despite multiple calls, certified letters, and emails, I’ve received no meaningful response. Customer service has been dismissive, and I’ve been bounced between different vendors and agents, each blaming the other. The latest technician even said the unit is defective and should be replaced, yet Frigidaire refuses to take responsibility. I’ve now been without a working refrigerator for over three months, including through the holidays, losing over $300 in spoiled food. I either need a replacement or a full refund—this ongoing disregard for customers is unacceptable.

Electrolux Frustrating Refund Issue

Electrolux, Waiting for a refund. I would have rating “0” if I was given the choice. I have called “Customer Service” five times asking for my $57.23 refund for a FRIGCOMBO7 bundle pack (water filter, air filter and produce keeper filter), that I purchased on 08-23-24 and have never received. I called on 10-11-24, 10-28-24, called again on 10-28-24 because the first person hung up on me because I wanted to talk to a supervisor and she would not let me), 11-25-24 and again today, 12-02-24. I received an email on 11-04-24 stating I would receive my refund in 7 – 10 business days. Nope did not receive refund. That’s why I called back on 11-25-24 and was told I would get my refund in 24 – 48 hours. Nope did not receive! Called again today on 12-02-24 and was put on hold for 27 minutes! I hung up! I cannot believe this company can’t or won’t process my refund!!!

Electrolux Refrigerator Disappointing Issue

Electrolux, Refrigerator. Worst company you’ll buy products from if you have problems all customer service is over seas and they don’t understand enough to help you and it’s impossible to get in touch with someone that will help I’ve been trying to get someone to fix a refrigerator that I bought and it only lasted 3 months and have had 6 scheduled repairs and no one ever shows up do not buy there products you’ll regret it
