hello..my2007 escalade bottom of door just cut my leg back of my calf, second time closing the door..this is bs. like a knife..also where I live in Polk County Fl..Huston Cadillac ripped me off cant fix anything, headlight was replaced and they stripped out the adjustments but they dont have a problem charging for it..went to Lakeland hoping for better service.,Cannons..oil change and my computer system is messed up turn key over and wont crank has to reset and takes forever..when they changed my oil they called me out in the shop oil allover my oilpan etc and said i needed a new oil pan gasket and a seal..where did all the oil come from?..i was just under there and no oil was anywhere..no leaks..im not stupid man..maybe you have a better dealership i can go to because these 2 can..kma..

NEVER RENT A CAR FROM THIS SITE THEY WERE SO OUT OF LINE. 3 CARS IN TWO WEEKS 1 FLAT TIRE, 1 CAR NEED OIL CHANGE EACH EXCHANGE TO GET A RUNNING CAR HAD TO GO 60 MILES AWAY TO EXCHANGE WHEN I GOT CAR 4 BLOCKS FROM MY WORK. TURNED RENTAL IN EMPLOYEE COULDN'T GET OFF HER CELL LONG TO LOOK OVER CAR AFTER I WENT GOT CAR DETAIL. TOLD MANAGER WOULD CALL TO GET DEPOSIT INSTEAD RECEIVED A MESSAGE ON MY WORK NUMBER AT 7 PM THAT NIGHT TO RETURN KEYS BY 9.00 AM WHICH DIDN'T RECEIVED MESSAGE UNTIL 10 AM WHEN I GOT TO WORK THAT MANAGER WAS CALLING COPS AND PRESSING CHARGES AND SENDING THEM TO MY HOME. MANAGER THREATEN ME WHEN KEYS WERE IN CUP HOLDER IN CAR AND ALL THE WINDOW WERE DOWN AT THERE FRONT DOOR. EMPLOYEE THEREFORE NEVER LOOKED AT CAR CAUSE WE STAND RIGHT NEXT TO THE CAR.
