Fuzzy’s Taco Shop Corporate Office and Contact Information

Headquarters update: Older versions of this page displayed a Regent Boulevard address in Irving, Texas, along with outdated Texas telephone numbers. Current franchise records use the Dine Brands headquarters address in Pasadena. Dine Brands continues to report having a restaurant support center in Irving, but its current public filings do not identify the former Regent Boulevard listing as Fuzzy’s public corporate headquarters.

Where Is the Fuzzy’s Taco Shop Headquarters Location?

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop’s current franchise business address is:

Fuzzy’s Taco Opportunities, LLC
10 W. Walnut Street, 5th Floor
Pasadena, CA 91103
United States

This is also the principal corporate office of Dine Brands Global, which acquired Fuzzy’s Taco Shop in December 2022.

Search results may still associate Fuzzy’s headquarters with Texas because the brand originated in Fort Worth and previously maintained corporate operations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Dine Brands also continues to operate a restaurant support center in Irving. However, current public Fuzzy’s corporate links direct visitors to Dine Brands, and current franchise records list the Pasadena address.

The corporate address is not a restaurant, order-pickup location, refund counter or universal employment office. Restaurant-specific concerns should generally begin with the location involved and then be escalated through Fuzzy’s Guest Relations.

Choose the Correct Fuzzy’s Taco Shop Contact

  • Restaurant complaint: Speak with the restaurant manager and then call 1-888-510-8226 or submit the official guest feedback form.

  • Online-order refund: Begin with the restaurant that prepared the order. If the matter remains unresolved, contact Fuzzy’s Guest Relations.
  • Third-party delivery order: Contact the delivery platform when it processed the payment or delivery. Also notify the Fuzzy’s location if the complaint involves food preparation or missing items.

  • Employee, payroll or W-2 concern: Contact the franchise company or home office shown on the paystub, tax document or employment paperwork.
  • Franchise inquiry: Use the official Fuzzy’s franchise website.
  • Parent-company or corporate matter: Contact Dine Brands at 1-866-995-3463.
  • Investor matter: Use Dine Brands Investor Relations rather than the restaurant Guest Relations form.

How to File a Complaint With Fuzzy’s Taco Shop

  1. Identify the restaurant. Record the exact address, city and state of the location involved.
  2. Gather the transaction details. Keep the receipt, order number, visit date and time, payment method, delivery platform and names of any employees or managers contacted.
  3. Speak with the restaurant manager. Many food, service, order and refund issues can be reviewed most quickly by the location that handled the transaction.
  4. Contact Fuzzy’s Guest Relations. Call 1-888-510-8226 or complete the official contact form.
  5. Explain the requested resolution. State whether you are requesting a corrected order, refund, account adjustment, management follow-up or another specific response.
  6. Save the response. Retain any case number, email confirmation, refund reference or promised follow-up date.
  7. Follow up when necessary. If no response arrives within a reasonable period, contact Guest Relations again with the original submission date and supporting information.

Fuzzy’s contact form requests the restaurant location, order or visit type, date and time, party size, server name and check number when available. Supplying these details can help the company identify the correct restaurant and transaction.

Privacy warning: Do not post full payment-card numbers, gift card numbers, passwords, rewards-account credentials, Social Security numbers, employee records, medical details or private contact information in a public review. Send sensitive documentation only through a verified Fuzzy’s, franchisee or Dine Brands contact.

Fuzzy’s Franchise and Employment Complaints

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop is primarily a franchised restaurant system. As of December 28, 2025, independent franchise groups operated 105 Fuzzy’s restaurants, while Dine Brands reported one company-owned Fuzzy’s restaurant in Texas.

The official Fuzzy’s careers page states that, except for the Grapevine Mills location, its restaurant job postings are for employment with independent franchisees. This distinction affects where employees should direct payroll, scheduling, workplace, termination, W-2 and human-resources concerns.

  • Franchise employee: Contact the franchise company shown on the paystub, tax document, employee portal or employment agreement.
  • W-2 question: Fuzzy’s advises franchise team members to call their franchise’s main number or home office.
  • Restaurant management concern: Request the franchise owner, area manager or franchise human-resources contact.
  • Company-owned restaurant employee: Follow the contact instructions provided in the employee portal or company employment documents.
  • Corporate job: Use the Dine Brands careers portal for corporate employment opportunities.

Guest Relations may document a restaurant concern, but it should not be assumed to serve as the human-resources department for every independently owned franchise location.

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop Ownership and Corporate Structure

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop Reviews and Complaints

Current CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com comments describe a small number of individual experiences rather than a broad or statistically representative review trend.

Visible reader feedback includes:

  • Dissatisfaction with the removal of a favored menu item
  • Repeated incorrect orders and difficulty obtaining satisfactory assistance
  • Concerns about employee attitude and restaurant-level customer service
  • An employee account alleging payroll, scheduling, workplace, cleanliness, management and food-handling concerns at one franchise location

One commenter also described previously visiting a recently opened Fuzzy’s several times per week before becoming dissatisfied with a menu change. This indicates enthusiasm for the restaurant before that particular complaint, but the limited number of visible comments does not support assigning an overall positive or negative rating to the entire chain.

These comments represent individual reader accounts and should not be treated as verified facts about every Fuzzy’s restaurant, franchisee, manager or employee. A useful review identifies the restaurant, approximate visit date, order type, issue, contact route used and whether the matter was resolved.

Fuzzy’s Request Margarita Baja Shrimp Tacos Please

June 4, 2025

Fuzzy’s, Menu was 5 Stars, now 3 Stars. My family was so excited when Fuzzy’s recently opened near our home in southwest Oklahoma City. We were visiting 3 times per week; now maybe once per month. Why? Because the Margarita Baja-Shirmp Tacos we enjoyed so much have been removed from the menu! Store says “It was a corporate decision.” Stupid corporate “bean counters” – why pull them from the menu? Just raise the price if needed.

Fuzzy’s Tacos in Saint Charles, MO – Wrong Orders

December 13, 2022

Can’t agree with you more. I’m in Saint Charles, MO. Today is, last visit. I’ve had to do many wrong orders, been put on the “Free list,” and get home and it’s wrong again. Agree, workers have poor attitudes. I emphasized my order today, and the girl who handed it to me just turned away from me. Guess what, it was wrong. I went back. Someone, please call me!

I work at the Altamonte location in Florida and I barely ever complain because I don’t really like to but at this point it’s excessive. The amount of disrespect I get from staff/ regulars is over the top. I have been working there for a year and I am now pregnant and I haven’t gotten as much disrespect as I get now, they have docked my hours and pay for the 3rd time and all I get said to me is “check your pay stubs on the ADP app, your pay is correct” when I know for sure it’s right they pay us minimum wage when we do extra work or stay extra time and there’s nothing to show for it on our checks as well as the “tip share” I don’t know if they kind of pocket the cash tip money or whatever the case may be but I know somethings not right there, people have said they are corrupt and I never wanted to believe it till now. Other coworkers of mine have also admitted that their pay has also been too low for the hours they were working in which I believe them because it is happening to me. I am almost 8 months pregnant and I’ve never gotten this type of “professional” disrespect than I have now, no one should ever be basically working for free. We all do our part so I expect it to be equal because it’s only fair, I’m highly disappointed with “management” and the “owner”. I have experienced both ends drinking on the job and getting tips out of the tip jar, I don’t even know if they replace it but it’s highly unprofessional and highly disrespectful to the employees. Kitchen is constantly dirty and slippery anyone can slip and fall back there even with “nonslip shoes”. I try to get along with everyone there but they are just rude and constantly talking behind everyone’s back which can be discouraging to others. No matter what I complain to them about they don’t care it gets solved for one day and the next it’s as if nothing ever happened, management is completely disregarding about everything, they don’t deal with the issues at hand they just “half ass” it. I try to be as professional as I can because it is my job as an employee there to be professional but this job with how it’s treating other workers/ me/ customers is so horrible that it makes people miserable sometimes. I shouldn’t have to sign up for therapy because of a job that overwhelms me so much. I don’t want to quit because I like the customers that come in because I like putting a smile on their face with my customer service and also I need to make money for my kid but I had to get this off my chest because no one will listen. Our location needs new management and the owner needs to learn how to do his job. I had complained to both management and my boss that I got sick off a taco because the meant was under cooked and I had to go home they didn’t apologize or at least refund my money back and there was another occasion where my boyfriend had also gotten sick from a shrimp taco that was once again under cooked and this was on 5 de Mayo and I had told them about this incident and they yet again did nothing but, the day after I had to work and I was extremely mad because yet again no apologies and/or refund for my boyfriends food and I said in both times in a polite way that there should be someone checking the food in which that person needs to be from management but still got no response and they didn’t really care if I an employee or my boyfriend a customer got sick from their under cooked food which is a health hazard. Something has to give my boyfriend spends at least $20-$30 and i spend on an average week probably them same amount there. We at least should get a whole apology and a refund for our food and how we weren’t even aknowledged but yet my boss sent me the same day after I told him what happened with my boyfriends food “you can’t be on your phone” hmmm so you can send me a picture of myself from the cameras checking up on my bf after the food made him sick but you can’t even respond to what I told you about our food making us sick? I need a solution for this or at least someone to call me from coorporate to get this straightened out because at this point it’s ridiculous.
