Shotty material! I’ve had several upper plates made and each time the teeth crack or break! If they made them sturdy! It’s the end of the first year and they want me to do a yearly exam which I do not need to have them fix my dentures! If they did quality work with sturdy material instead of the 3D Printer crap that is made to break at the least bit of impact or pressure. They are teeth! You should be able to eat with them without breaking! The last set didn’t fit and they lined them!!! Shaking my head at the time because they should use the old method of doing an impression of your mouth to get a decent fit. Valrico Florida location

Aspen Dental, Phone Problem. I had an appointment in your Grants Pass, Oregon office over 2 hours away (closest one to me) tomorrow morning. I had a family emergency and needed to reschedule so I started trying to reach the office early morning today. The phone would ring and go dead; could not even leave a message. So I tried the after hours number..same thing. I tried off and on all day and finally reached someone at Grants Pass. She told me it was a corporate problem affecting all Aspen offices. Same thing happened last year. So now I have a rescheduled appointment over a month from now (that office has also had staffing problems so I assume that is still the case). I switched to Aspen Dental because it was a “preferred provider” and told dental services wouldn’t be as costly. That surely wasn’t true! Not only was dental services Even More Expensive but Aspen made at least one mistake on my bill. I was overcharged. I had been trying to get That resolved for nearly a year. The office staff person told me last week that I will be getting a credit. Kudos to your staff there; they are always courteous albeit Slow in resolving billing issues. A result of big corporation red tape perhaps. I know quite a bit about Corporate problems since I was a California State employee for many years. Not much difference in state and private corporations is my observation. For state agencies it is the line workers who suffer, ie “do more work with less staff,” for private companies such as Aspen, pay MUCH more and get less. We lest not forget Delta Dental. They tell me I’ve got their “best” plan. Trouble is, you reach your yearly limit in April, then have to wait until January to get your rotting tooth fixed. You could dish out three or four thousand and pay full price of course but that is pretty dicey when you are living on retirement and social security. Instead of line workers it’s the patients who suffer. Well that ends my comments. I’m pretty sure it will only reach the eyes of whomever reads these things. Yes, the lowly, maybe underpaid employee. Sorry you have to read all these complaints. Hope you have some great “away from the job” activities.

Aspen Dental, Mistake. I had both top and bottom plates made and have had nothing but problems with the bottom plate. I have been back 2 times and they keep pushing implants. I don’t have the money for implants. I was told that they would be loose, but the prior plate was fine till they cut the back off. I would like to get the teeth I am paying for. The location is Aspen Dental, Chillicothe, Ohio.

Aspen Dental, Every visit has a new amount included for visit. Broke tooth on a Sunday, booked online appointment for Monday, got right in, pulled tooth and set me up for more visits, crowns, 8 teeth pulled and told I cound not get the implants due to dry mouth. Waited the alloted time for gums to heal, went back for cleaning only to be told it would cost me $200. Walked out, I have paid $8864.00 on all this and still no permanant dentures. Was told to come back agin for impressions and told I owed $1400.00 for permanant dentures, walked out again and told people waiting in lobby they better leave, they just keep adding on. My wife has called the office in Farmington, Mo to talk to guy who went over our billing with us and he has gone to Dental school. Lady kept telling her that he didn’t add the permanant dentures due to some people do not come back!!! She also has emailed the corporate office customer service but still has not received a responce. Very dishearting for a company such as they are to treat people like this, my wife told the lady from the office, she felt sorry for the Seniors who have no one to help them with such circmustances. Three days ago and still no response. BBB is next..

Aspen Dental, Terrible experience. I agree should be no stars. My husband and I both bought the most expensive dentures they had. Right away we both had teeth fall out. Took them in for them to repair only to have teeth fall out over and over again. It got to be less and less time between teeth falling out. By this time my warranty had run out and they are now charging my insurance to fix them. Last time I went to get it fixed, I was told would be no charge since I was just there a week ago. Come to find out they charged my insurance after all. Done with them at that point. My dentures are worn thin and the teeth are ground down. Had to have new dentures made. My bite was way off. I’ve had dentures most of my life. Never had dentures wear out and break after 8 years. I know this is happen but this was definite shoddy work. I would never recommend anyone to go to Aspen Dental. Save your money for another dentist.
