Absolutely loved Catherine's stores. ABSOLUTELY HATE shopping on-line.
1. You put stuff in your catalog that can only be ordered on-line.
2. You put free shipping codes on your catalog that do not apply.
3. You completely bait and switch.
4. Cannot even complain – no way to talk to anyone in charge.
5. Took six months for a jacket to be delivered. Even though you swore it was never ordered.
6. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service.
7. Just tried to order 9 items. Could only order 2.

I have shopped online and at Catherines in Brandon, FL for years. Last night I received a call from your store telling me I had a package I hadn't picked up and if I didn't pick it up by Thursday they would send it back. This morning, I drove the 20 miles to the store and I was told she couldn't find the package… she said she saw the note from the employee she had called me, so she called her at home and asked where my package was. Apparently, she had never actually seen the package but something came up on her computer there was a package for me. The clerk apologized but it sure didn't help the fact I drove 20 miles there and 20 miles back needlessly. This was not the first time that has happened, a few months ago I ordered several sale items, I got the notification they arrived at the store, the next day I drove to the store only to find out the clerk apparently sent my package back in error. The clerk said they would credit my account and I would have to reorder the items, of course they were sold out of my size on most of the items. The last time I was in the store I brought in a blouse I had bought online which had shrunk 6 inches. (yes I followed the washing instructions), I did not save the receipt as I had never had that happen…. I was told without a receipt they couldn't do anything, I am sure she could have went into my account to see I had purchased it there. I will never shop at Catherines again. Sad, but they have lost a long time customer.
