Who would i contact regarding a request for Dell to be a Corporate sponsor for a free community event in Central FL?
I was on the phone with customer support for 8 hours being bounced around from person to person with absolutely no honesty whatsoever. I purchased defective Corel editing software and at the very end, I was so upset and they finally had someone to take remote control of my computer. He agreed that it wouldn't work, that I needed to contact customer support for a refund the following morning. Customer support said my refund would appear in 48 hrs. Refund appeared, so I called back and they refused to give me a refund. Then, someone else promised a refund and the next person refused. The very 1st day, I was promised that the defective software would be replaced by the next day with one that works and it never appeared. Today is January 21st and this has been a daily back and forth of broken promises and no help at all. I have Multiple Sclerosis and have severe cognitive issues, all of the MS symptoms have been constantly triggered with each communication due to stress. There's no way to get in touch with anyone in America. I am extremely upset that such a well known computer company has this type customer service. I have no idea where to go from here, but there is no way that I am just going to shut up and have to pay for software that does not work. how do I get in touch with someone who will do something? this is the most insane experience that I have ever had.
