Frigidaire Frustrating Experience

Frigidaire, I purchased a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator a month ago. Under warranty and purchased an additional one year warranty. The refrigerator has never worked and any and all attempts to get Frigidaire to send a repairmen have been a waste of time. I’m told there are only 3 authorized repairmen in Eastern Oklahoma. Frigidaire refuses to acknowledge the warranty on the product! I have made countless calls to Sears, Frigidaire, and Electrolux. All they do is tell you to call the other compainies, in the meantime I have a brand new $2700 refrigerator that won’t work and I can’t get any of the companies to do anything.

Electrolux, Frigidaire Dehumidifier Replacement Issue! No doubt this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is the “pits”, and they are a joke. It takes two representatives every time you call who only keep you on hold for over 10 minutes and keep putting you off again and again with no answer as to when a replacement Frigidaire dehumidifier will be shipped. I was told originally that if I had a problem, a serviceman would come out to make repairs, which I would have preferred, but then they changed their policy and said they would replace the unit. I don’t know when this will be done, if ever. I will never buy another product from Electrolux Frigidaire again.

Electrolux, Won’t fix my refrigerator that is under warranty. I called to get my fridge repaired. At first they said they would come out next day. Then, rescheduled a month out. Then came a day early when no one was home. Then canceled our repair and then wouldn’t reschedule. Then was told they would reject a refund and that I would have to wait another month for a repair. I can’t get in contact with anyone to actually fix this problem.

Electrolux, Horrible Experience – Still No Working Refrigerator

Dealing with Frigidaire has been a nightmare. My Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator stopped working, and after months of failed repairs, it’s still unusable. A technician, assisted by a Frigidaire rep over the phone, attempted a repair—only for the fridge to start smoking heavily. Despite multiple calls, certified letters, and emails, I’ve received no meaningful response. Customer service has been dismissive, and I’ve been bounced between different vendors and agents, each blaming the other. The latest technician even said the unit is defective and should be replaced, yet Frigidaire refuses to take responsibility. I’ve now been without a working refrigerator for over three months, including through the holidays, losing over $300 in spoiled food. I either need a replacement or a full refund—this ongoing disregard for customers is unacceptable.

Electrolux, Delivery issue.I find it unacceptable that a customer in the US can not speak to a US company customer service. My 4 appliances did not deliver as scheduled and not able to tell me where the items are.
