FedEx Corporate Office Headquarters, Address & Phone Number

🗨  Comments

FedEx corporate office information is often searched by customers, shippers, recipients, employees, job applicants, vendors, and business owners who need the FedEx headquarters address, FedEx corporate office phone number, package complaint routes, claims help, delivery escalation options, or corporate contact information. FedEx Corporation is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee.

FedEx Corporate Office and Headquarters Contact Information

Important: The FedEx corporate office phone number is not the same as the FedEx customer service number. For tracking, missing packages, delivery changes, claims, billing, returns, damaged shipments, and pickup issues, use FedEx Customer Support, FedEx tracking tools, or 1-800-GoFedEx first.

FedEx Headquarters and Corporate Address Update

FedEx Corporation’s corporate headquarters and main office are located at 942 South Shady Grove Road in Memphis, Tennessee. This is the address FedEx lists for corporate information, investor relations, and written inquiries.

FedEx is a global transportation, logistics, shipping, e-commerce, and business services company. Its operating structure includes Federal Express, FedEx Office, FedEx Logistics, FedEx Dataworks, and related business units. FedEx Freight completed its spin-off in 2026 and now operates as a separate publicly traded company, so freight-related issues may require a separate FedEx Freight route.

FedEx Freight Spin-Off Note

FedEx Freight is now an independent publicly traded company under the ticker symbol FDXF. This matters because older FedEx pages may describe FedEx Freight as one of FedEx Corporation’s internal operating segments. Customers with less-than-truckload freight questions should confirm whether their issue belongs with FedEx Corporation, Federal Express, or the separate FedEx Freight company.

For package delivery, tracking, FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Office, and FedEx Logistics questions, use FedEx.com and the FedEx customer support routes listed on this page. For LTL freight-specific matters, use the current FedEx Freight resources tied to that shipment or account.

Choose the Correct FedEx Support Route

For Package Tracking or Delivery Status

Use the FedEx tracking page and enter your tracking number. This is the best first step for delivery status, delivery exceptions, missed delivery attempts, estimated delivery windows, and package movement updates.

For Missing, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages

Use FedEx Customer Support or call 1-800-GoFedEx. Have your tracking number, delivery address, shipper name, recipient name, delivery date, and any FedEx case number ready.

For Damaged Packages or Claims

Use the official FedEx claims process. Keep photos of the damaged package, inner packaging, outer box, shipping label, contents, invoice, proof of value, and tracking number. Do not discard the packaging until the claim process is complete.

For FedEx Office Printing or Store Issues

Contact the FedEx Office location involved first. FedEx Office issues may include printing, copying, packaging, shipping, computer rental, passport photos, signs, business cards, or store-level service concerns.

For Billing, Account, and Business Shipping Support

Use FedEx Billing Online, your FedEx account tools, or FedEx Customer Support. Keep account numbers, invoice numbers, billing adjustment details, shipment dates, and payment confirmations ready.

For Careers and HR-Related Questions

Use the FedEx Careers site for job applications, candidate support, hiring information, and employment opportunities. Applicants should avoid unverified HR phone numbers posted by third-party websites.

For Investor, Media, or Corporate Matters

Use FedEx Investor Relations, FedEx media relations, or corporate written-inquiry channels. These routes are for company-level, investor, shareholder, media, or corporate communications, not ordinary package tracking or delivery complaints.

What to Have Before Contacting FedEx Corporate Office

Before contacting FedEx corporate office, customer support, claims, FedEx Office, or an escalation route, gather:

  • Tracking number, door tag number, shipment ID, or case number
  • Sender name, recipient name, and delivery address
  • Shipment date, expected delivery date, and actual delivery status
  • Photos of damaged packaging, damaged contents, delivery location, or door tag when relevant
  • Proof of value, receipt, invoice, or merchant order confirmation
  • FedEx account number, invoice number, or billing record if the issue involves charges
  • Names or descriptions of FedEx employees, drivers, store staff, or support representatives involved
  • Emails, text messages, screenshots, tracking updates, and support transcripts
  • A short timeline of what happened and the resolution you are requesting

How to Escalate a FedEx Complaint

Start with FedEx tracking, the FedEx Customer Support page, or 1-800-GoFedEx. If the shipment is delayed, missing, damaged, delivered to the wrong address, or marked delivered but not received, request a case number and keep all tracking updates.

If the issue involves a damaged or lost package, file a claim through the official FedEx claims process. If the shipment was purchased through a merchant, contact the merchant as well because the shipper may need to file the claim or authorize a refund or replacement.

If the issue remains unresolved, document each call, chat, email, case number, claim number, tracking status, and promised callback. For company-level matters, customers may contact FedEx corporate office at 1-901-818-7500 or send written correspondence to FedEx Corporation, 942 South Shady Grove Road, Memphis, TN 38120.

Issue-Specific FedEx Complaint Guidance

Delayed Package or Package Not Moving

Check the FedEx tracking page first. Delivery exceptions can happen because of weather, address issues, customs, missed pickup, security holds, damage, or operational delays. If the package does not move for an unusual period, contact FedEx and request a case number.

Delivered but Not Received

Check porches, side doors, mailrooms, package lockers, leasing offices, neighbors, and alternate delivery areas. Save screenshots of the delivery confirmation and contact FedEx quickly. If the shipment came from a retailer, notify the retailer as well.

Wrong Address or Wrong State Delivery

If tracking shows a package delivered to the wrong address or wrong state, contact FedEx immediately and ask for a trace. Save the tracking page, shipment details, and all case numbers. Contact the shipper or merchant if FedEx says only the shipper can authorize a claim.

Damaged Package or Missing Contents

Take photos of the outside box, inner packaging, damaged item, shipping label, and missing or broken contents. Keep all packaging until FedEx or the shipper confirms it can be discarded. Use the official FedEx claims process.

FedEx Scam Text or Email

Be cautious with texts or emails claiming a FedEx package needs to be rescheduled, customs fees must be paid, or an address must be confirmed through a suspicious link. Do not click unfamiliar links. Go directly to FedEx.com and enter your tracking number.

Billing and Account Complaints

For account charges, duties, taxes, invoices, or billing disputes, gather your FedEx account number, invoice number, shipment number, payment confirmation, and screenshots of the disputed charge. Use FedEx Billing Online or customer support.

FedEx Office Store Complaints

For FedEx Office print, copy, packaging, passport photo, computer rental, or store-service complaints, contact the store manager first. Keep your store receipt, job number, file proof, pickup time, and photos of the finished product if quality is the issue.

Scam and Fake FedEx Support Number Warning

Be careful when searching online for a FedEx corporate phone number, FedEx customer service number, FedEx complaint line, FedEx delivery reschedule number, or FedEx HR number. Fake support numbers, phishing texts, fake missed-delivery notices, and fraudulent delivery links are common.

Use FedEx.com, the FedEx mobile app, official FedEx tracking, your door tag, your shipper or merchant, and verified FedEx support pages before sharing shipment or payment information. Do not provide passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers, bank login details, Social Security numbers, gift card numbers, crypto payments, or remote computer access to anyone who contacts you unexpectedly.

Fedex Disappointing Customer Service

May 28, 2025

Fedex, Poor customer service. I ordered a package on May 19 and I was told by Fedex it would be delivered on May 22 by 8 om and it nerve arrived then I was told it would arrive next day between 10-2 and never came, called customer service and they said it would arrive by 10 pm. Never came. I went to shipping location and the staff looked for 1 hour 20 minutes and it was not there and no one knew its location. They provided numerous excuses: The driver had it on their truck but would not call them, then it was in the trailer, then it was somewhere. When questioned the staff of many excuses they became rude and uncooperative. The staff called me with more excuses, she but dialed me again by accident and I overheard her telling the manager not to look for it until Tuesday after the holiday. It has been 8 days and the lies continue. The staff people who were rude were Mohammad, Lena, Evie, and Rose. I will be filing a report against staff from Fedex for theftof my product that cost over $300.00.

Fedex Frustrating Phone Support Service

April 23, 2025

Fedex, Fed Up With Fedex! Phone support totally useless. I tried to call Fedex to talk to a representative about a text I received from a supposed Fedex employee about a missed package that needs to be rescheduled and do not know if this is a fraudulent text. You need a change in name to Fed Up because I am Fed Up with lousy phone support and not able to talk to a representative. Fedex has nothing in your menu that addresses text messages that may be fraudulent. There was no door tag left on my door or number to give you phone support. I tried your AI assistant and it was totally useless. It is pretty pathetic that I have to leave an email for communication instead of talking to a person. Very impersonal! Is this text legitimate? It was sent from [email protected]. FedEx Ground®Rebooking of delivery requests. Fedex Human Resources Issue

April 23, 2025

Fedex, Cannot reach Human Resources. Tried for too many hours to complete an application. Could not get past the employment section and also could not enter a date. Had to manually click though the calendar which doesn’t seem to go back too far. AI robot No Help just repeated to fill in the app. Finally reached a liver person in tech support that gave me a URL for HR that was invalid. Stumbled onto a working area filled out the form which said I could expect a response within a certain timeframe. No Response!!

Fedex Disappointing Delivery Experience

April 11, 2025

Fedex, I found the subject package on my front porch on 4/4/25. As I was expecting a package from Amazon, I took it into my house and forgot about it. On Sunday the 6th, I received my Amazon package. It was then that I noticed the subject package was Not mine. First thing I did was try to notify Fedex about the mistake. I called my local Fedex office, but it was closed. Then I checked out your website. I found a phone number, (800) GoFedEx, and called them. That was on Sunday. By Monday afternoon, no one came by to pick up the package, so I called again. That was on Monday. By Tuesday afternoon no one had picked up the package, so I called Fedex again, that was Tuesday afternoon. So I called Fedex again. Same thing happened on Wednesday. Called Fedex, no one came. On Thursday afternoon I had to go out, so I took the package and Delivered It Myself. I could be wrong, but I believed I called Fedex at least five times, Maybe six. I don’t think it was my responsibility to deliver FedEx’s package, but I did my best to alert Fedex about the mistake. Fedex ignored it. If I’m ever in the position to decide on a company to deliver my packages, I can tell you, it Will Not be Fedex. Someone was waiting for that shipment, and Fedex did nothing to get it to him. Shame on you guys! I wanted to email this complaint to your managerial offices, but could not find an email address.

Fedex Frustrating Delivery Issues

March 27, 2025

Fedex, Delivered to wrong address, wrong State. I recently sent some family VHS tapes to iMemories to have converted to digital format. Upon iMemories returning tapes, which label happened to be correct, they were delivered to wrong address. I have had two conversations with Fedex customer service, I was assigned a Case number but have yet to hear back from them. We have no clue where package was delivered. On another occasion, I ordered two Oil Diffusers from Amazon, they were both delivered to a different State.
