Fred Loya said that my they wont accept medical in my claim because the amount of damage to ur vehicle didn’t warrant a medical injury!?!? Seriously? Tell that to my knee! Then they said Delay of medical care when I saw a doctor within 24 hours after the accident! I am so frustrated with thief horrible adjusters and horrible customer service! Somebody has to stop this company from screwing people over. Maybe a massive lawsuit or mass tort against them. Maybe Texas Dept if Insurance will finally step in and get them in line, but I was the injured person in a vehicle that was involved in an accident caused by their insured driver and they have given me nothing but Hell! (Sorry) Something has to give.

Worst insurance ever.
Be weary of this company and those who are insured by them.
Took a long time to get a claim number, once claim was made; can't get a hold of anyone. Months later; nothing accomplished. Absolute scam company. Those who are insured end up getting screwed and those who get hit who have fred loya get screwed. How in the world is this company still in business?

The corporate number is 915.595.0510 Mr. Loya is a reputable company as he does what is right based upon fact like a reputable issuance man with a vested interest. It might not feel that way or comfortable however, if you want a reputable company who is going to do right for his customers then in trust because he cares and so does his companies. That's what matters most because doing right while others do wrong is what separates his company from the rest. Big Picture thinker he is keeping rates to where we can afford insurance and not have the fraud other companies commit. He is a family oriented company. If your going to call don't think they are not on top of it. They are more than you know. Just call and talk to one of his great staffing representatives. Family owned and a Family Man! Thanks Mr. LOYA with my humble opinion and I look forward to the time I get to give you a call and a big Hug. Special Man!

THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DON'T RETURN CALLS AND WHEN AND IF THEY DO THEY CALL WHEN YOU ASK THEM NOT TO. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE BUT THEY SEND OUT LETTERS TALKING ABOUT THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT YOU. I HOPE I NEVER GET INTO AN ACCIDENT AGAIN BUT IF I DO AND THEY TELL ME THE HAVE THIS INSURANCE I'M HIRING A LAWYER ASAP

This is by far the worst insurance company ever! I had to cancel my 3 week vacation to Disney World, Universal Studio, and Miami all because they were giving me the run around with a check for my jeep, that I was going to use to drive to Florida! I had been planning this trip for about 3 months! And because of them not issuing my check sooner, I had to to cancel! They wouldn't cover my rental! And they didn't wanna pay me for missing my trip! My lawyers will be contacting them ASAP! And YOU WILL BE SORRY! And if you're wondering how good my lawyers are, if I can afford to go on a 3 week vacation, I can afford to win my case in court!

Oh and let's not forget the POS adjuster I had, Cynthia Villabla, her supervisor Mauricio Chavez, and his supervisor who's name I forgot. They NEVER answer the damn phone! & when Cynthia did answer she never failed to have an attitude with me.

Oh & I wasn't even in a wreck, I had hail damage! After all the money I pay for my 3 cars to have full coverage, they couldn't even pay for hail damage.

Thanks Fred Loya, for being a POS!

I will now be switching to Allstate so I can be in good hands!
