Gap, Exceptional Customer Service. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding assistance provided by Veronica and Zaid in the Research Department regarding my refund issue. I made an online purchase on September 1, 2024, using PayPal Installments. After returning all items, I was issued a refund; however, I never received it. I filed a dispute with PayPal, but they ruled in the seller’s favor in December 2024, despite my refund not being processed. When I contacted Gap, I was advised that it could take up to 21 days due to PayPal’s processing time. After 30 days had passed with no refund, I reached out again. On January 30, 2025, I had the pleasure of speaking with Zaid, who went above and beyond to assist me. He spent over an hour on the phone with PayPal, working diligently to resolve the issue, but due to PayPal’s incompetence, the matter remained unresolved. Despite this, his dedication and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. A few weeks later, I followed up and spoke with Veronica. She initially informed me that all supervisors were in a meeting but promised to return my call. When I didn’t hear back, I called again and left a message. On March 18, 2025, I was finally able to speak with Veronica again, and she was exceptional. She took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue and discovered that Gap had attempted to process my refund six times, but PayPal kept rejecting it. Veronica stayed on the line with PayPal until she successfully resolved the matter. She went above and beyond, contacting all relevant departments and securing authorization to process my refund through an alternative method. Thanks to her persistence and dedication, I finally received my refund today. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service provided by both Veronica and Zaid. Their professionalism, patience, and commitment to resolving my issue were exemplary. I hope they receive the recognition they deserve for their hard work. Thank you for your time and for fostering such a dedicated team.
