Hardees Chocowinity NC Disappointing Order Issue

Hardees, Chocowinity, NC. went through order 3 piece white meat was given 2 very small wings and thigh. I was $12.and some change. The manager on duty with all the tattoos got a attitude when I questioned her. Her clothes were nasty. The guy at the window was in another world. I’m paying $12 for to tiny wings and thigh that are terrible. She did go get a breast. When did a thigh become dark meat?

Hardees Disappointing Experience

Hardees, I was refused a refund on the grounds that Hardees doesn’t give refunds !!! The so called Manager was extremely Rude and refused to give me a refund. When I saw the receipt and realized that I had been charged for 29 items !!! I hadn’t ordered !!! the cashier didn’t tell me my total and after she laid my receipt on the counter I saw the receipt and said thats Not what I ordered … I ordered 29 Plain biscuits … the manager refused to give me a refund saying Hardees doesn’t give refunds and I could Leave !!! without my food or my money !!! like that was not going to happen … I finally got my my Plain biscuits But didn’t get what I Paid For !!! the little cashier charged me .70 more per biscuit than I should have been … the mgr told me I was Banned For Life !!! big deal !!!

Hardees, Worker brings her daughter to work. Every time I go to Hardees in Pittsboro, they is a worker who brings her daughter in and sometimes she will sleep in one of the booth. And nothing is done about this.

Hardees Sellersburg IN Disappointing Sausage Gravy Issue

Hardees, No sausage in the gravy. I’ve been to Hardees in Sellersburg, Indiana 5 times. This is the 3rd time I had to call them about “no sausage in the sausage gravy”. Each time it’s the same thing, they offer me a free biscuit and gravy. I decline this last time. But I’m not worried about that I just want what I’m paying for. Please address this.

Hardees Virginia MN Disappointing Experience

Hardees, Manager was quick and rude with her handling of a poor handling service issue. On Tuesday April 1 2025 in Virginia MN. My wife and I after receiving cold and hard fries returned them to the order desk and told they would be replaced and I took them too the garbage. I sat down and we finished the rest of our meal, but the replacements never showed up. On our exit I asked for a refund on the fries and were told they were sorry but they would have to have the Manager come to help us. She was short and quite rude tossing 4 dollar bills on the desk, showing no consideration.We will not be back to your establishment.
