Reach Out To Hardees Corporate Office – Review and Complaints 

On Saturday 11/11/2023 I went to Hardees at 2850 Lemay Ferry Rd, I ordered the charbroil doubles two of them plus a medium order of french fries. When I received my order I looked inside the bag and I noticed that I only received 1 hamburger and 1 medium fries. I knocked on the window and the young man opened the window I told him that I ordered two charbroiled double cheeseburgers, but he said that I didn’t and I told him to ask the manager as she had butted in when I placed the order so I knew that she was listening. So he charged me for the charbroiled double and I waited until I finally received the burger. I proceeded to drive to my destination which was approximately 1/4 mi. away. I sat down to eat my meal and they only gave me two single burgers and my fries were ice cold as were the burgers too. I called the Hardees and asked for Kelsey, I told her what had happened not more than 10 minutes prior. She was going to replace only the burgers and said no fries. I tried to explain that the entire meal was ruined because of the lack of the employee’s ability to pay attention. She was very inappropriate and said that she was only going to replace the burgers. I eat at this Hardees 3 times a week or more and I feel that I should receive at least my entire meal since I’ve had to write corporate I feel that I should; receive an upgraded meal.

Hardees, No way to contact company. If Hardees would like to remain open, it might be worth your effort to provide ways for your customers who support you the ability to ask question or relay concerns. Your 800 number no longer in service. Your 877 number no longer in service. Your App is not working for me and I have no way to ask for assistance. In the past it worked fine until the last update when you ask for my phone number. I entered it and the App returns failed to open.

Hardees, Awesome! Please bring Hardees back to Talladega or Lincoln Alabama. We drive daily 34 miles (each way) to Sylacauga just to eat breakfast.

Hardees, Cold gravy under baked biscuits. Hardees in Cumberland Kentucky This place has been going downhill for a while now. But this morning was the last straw cold gravy and almost raw biscuits and to beat all, the main manager was working the kitchen and the drive through window. This woman has been there for a very long time you would think she of all people would know how the food is before it leaves the kitchen.

Hardees, Lousy food. Paid $18.00 Plus for 2 sandwiches for breakfast and 1 bag of underdone potatoes, 1 strong cold coffee and 1 orange juice. The sandwiches were as hard as rocks and very small. There was nothing that was good in the bag and I will never go to a Hardees again as not only was the food dry, hard, and cold the girl at the counter wouldn’t accept our change as we were one cent short and broke our $20 dollar bill and took the penny. Lousy food and lousy customer service. The girl at the window looked like a deer in headlights when we asked if she had pennies by her cash register that she could use. But she said no and was crabby about it. I will never go to a Hardees again and I am telling everyone I know about the food. Lousy. Stale and been laying around for a couple of hours. I only gave it a 1 star because I wasn’t offered a 0 as a choice.
