King Soopers Longmont CO Disappointing Dog Issue

January 21, 2025

King Soopers, Dogs in the store. The King Soopers on Hoover in Longmont, CO. allows dogs in the store. I’m not talking about service dogs but pets. I love dogs but this is unhygenic.

King Soopers Loveland CO Disappointing Merchandising Issue

December 20, 2024

King Soopers, Lack of tools to stock your product as a vendor. I am a vendor who frequents King Soopers locations, most provide tools. However your King Sooopers store number #44 in Loveland, Colorado lacks pallet jacks and available carts that dont have boxes loaded on carts just sitting in back room. I want to do my job, but you dont provide tools to do so. This is the most embarassing King Soopers I have ever been to. Infuriating. I don’t even want to stock this store. Small backroom, only 2 pallet jacks for entire store. Good luck pulling pallets and stocking store early morning as a vendor! Also every single cart has boxes loaded on them just sitting all over backroom. I can’t say it enough. I hate this store. Makes me want to quit my job and my job needs merchandisers. Busy store too, you would think they can afford pallet jacks and have competent managers who don’t allow employees to load of every single cart with boxes and leave them all over back room. Maybe its just because the back room is so small. Well fix it.. Expand it if you have to. Embarrassing that its a massive struggle just for vendors to do their job at this location.

King Soopers Kroger Brand Bioengineered Ingredients

October 23, 2024

King Soopers, Kroger brand bioengineered ingredients. In Pagosa Springs we only have 2 grocery stores, City Market and Natural Grocers. In this economy where food costs have increased 50% it is more cost effective to shop at city Market. Private Selection, which is a cleaner Kroger brand with no bioengineered ingredients is being phased out in a huge number of products to only be replaced with the Kroger Brand. Sad to see Corporate purchasers at the Denver Corporate office don’t care about the health of us down here, just care about their profit margins. I have tried to contact Corporate to speak to someone about bring Private Selection back, but I get told I cannot have access to emails or phone numbers of those who make these decisions for Southern Colorado. I’ll be taking my money to Natural Grocers, because it has been shown the people’s voice and health is of not concern to the corporate office.

King Soopers Customer Service Issue

June 10, 2024

I’m annoyed with limited organic choices, almost exclusively Kroger organic options, salt contents through the roof in plastic containers to damage hearts and leach plastic, clipped digital coupons to cut out discounting for the elderly, antimicrobial washes even on organic produce, unfair prices far exceeding wage increases, automatic checkout with an authoritative accusing voice command, facial recognition software taking away civil liberties, monopolies to attack financial and physical wellbeing….. I’m never stepping foot in here again. I’m taking my families food budget to Natural Grocer.

King Soopers HQ - King Soopers on 60th and Sheridan is crap

October 23, 2023

I am a disabled person, and going to the store is hard, but I do like to get out. I went to the store at 8 a.m. Saturday morning and in an hour I had a full cart worth about $300. No checkout was open, only self-check out. I can not do self-checkout. I asked for a person to open a lane, and they said no, I told them I couldn’t do self check and they said they didn’t care. I told them I was going to leave my cart and leave, and they said they didn’t care.

I went the the store at 80th and Sheridan. After talking to a young man there, and telling him what had happened, he said he moved to this store because the management at the other store was rude.
