Lincoln Limited Color Options Issue

September 20, 2024

Lincoln, 2024 and 2025 Lincolns are limited with color selection. I own a 2020 Ceramic Pearl colored Lincoln Nautilus and my spouse loves the color. However, this color is not available in 2024 or 2025. There are only 5 or 6 dark colored choices, except white. So, we will have to go to your competitors to arrange for a nicer color.

Thank you for your consideration. We’ve owned Lincolns forever. We hate to drop them as our auto company.

Lincoln Customer Service Issue

April 26, 2024

Stinkin Lincoln!! I paid for my 22 Lincoln Avatar, that I purchased in 21 in full the day I bought it, wish I would have listened to my husband and went on down the road and bought a smaller Denali! I’ve had nothing but trouble with this vehicle. I’ve tried to get Lincoln to buy it back, but they won’t. I think it’s time to hire an attorney!

Lincoln Sports Car Idea

February 29, 2024

Thoughts for your advertising department? Have you ever thought about making a sports car? There’s a song recorded long ago that I have wondered why it’s never been used. It’s called “Hotrod Lincoln” by Commander Cody. I was listening to the song and the idea came to me in a dream. Anyway, always loved your car and the song.

Lincoln Headquarters - Poor Customer Service from Lincoln of Huntington

August 30, 2023

Hello, I have been leasing cars for my business and personal use for over 30 years and never had a bad experience as bad as Lincoln of Huntington. My Corsair’s lease was up and I was about to roll into another one because I liked the vehicle however this dealership was everything but accommodating. Now I understand why some people say do not trust a car salesman. My experience was so bad, they forced me to lease another vehicle from one of your competitors. The people working there were dishonest and did not listen to what my needs were. They wanted what they wanted and were trying to sell me a car that I told them for months I didn’t want. If Lincoln would like more details of this fiasco, they are welcome to contact me back and it would be my pleasure to provide details of this bad experience.

Lincoln Vehicles Design / Engineering Defects

December 13, 2022

I own a 2019 MKZ Hybrid. Having owned many Ford and Lincoln vehicles over the years. I enjoy the product and they generally have performed well. Unfortunately, my current MKZ, has what I believe to be design/engineering defects. The “concierge” customer service is truly simply a courteous and well-spoken group of customer service individuals. In my case, they functioned as “gatekeepers”. They inhibited me from escalating my claim, making their determination final.

I am gathering VIN numbers and owners’ names, of vehicles that are experiencing very similar issues. The issues involve trim pieces around the windshield – front and rear. The issue also involves the design/engineering of the sunroof. At this point, I would consider advising potential new Lincoln owners of Corsairs, Nautilus to be wary of problems down the road.

Perhaps this reply will receive some attention from Lincoln and perhaps Lincoln will step up to the plate, accepting accountability.

Thank you
