Lincoln Ongoing Quality Issues with 2023 Lincoln Aviator

May 21, 2025

Lincoln, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues I’ve experienced since purchasing my brand-new 2023 Lincoln Aviator. As a customer who chose Lincoln for its reputation of luxury, quality, and reliability, I am disappointed with the level of problems I’ve encountered in such a short span of ownership. Since the purchase, my vehicle has been subject to several recalls, and the infotainment screen continues to malfunction despite multiple attempts to fix it. Most recently, I have discovered that rubber components in the trunk are coming apart, which is both frustrating and unacceptable for a premium vehicle. This is not what I expected from a brand like Lincoln. The vehicle is not even 3 years old, and I am already dealing with issues that should not arise in a new car—especially one in this price range. It feels like a constant battle to maintain what should be a stress-free, high-end driving experience.

I am requesting that Lincoln address these quality concerns seriously and provide a resolution that reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence. I would appreciate a direct response outlining the next steps to address the persistent screen issues and the deteriorating trunk rubber, as well as any assurances Lincoln can provide regarding future reliability. I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter.

Lincoln Fiesta Lincoln Mesa AZ Frustrating Order Issue

January 29, 2025

Lincoln, No one care’s—Their department heads do not work toether. We purchased a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus on February 21, 2024, (paid cash) from Fiesta Lincoln 1720 S. Mesa Drive, Mesa, AZ.. We ordered a retractable cargo cover with original order and never received it. Our car has been in for service several times since then. We have inquired with the service Department several times about the cargo cover and they say it’s not their responsibility, talk to sales department. I have talked to Scott a couple of times, one of the sale managers, he said he would handle it. Plus, I asked the Salesman also. He is no longer there. The cargo cover was on back order. I was a Mfg Rep In The Old Days For International Harvester Company For 10 Years. I Would Have Been Fired For This Kind Of Service. This Is Just Plain Nonsense, Lazy People Not Doing Their Job. Please Help My Wife & I To Get Our Paid For Retractable Cargo Cover. Thank You For Your Help!!!!!!!!!!

Lincoln Limited Color Options Issue

September 20, 2024

Lincoln, 2024 and 2025 Lincolns are limited with color selection. I own a 2020 Ceramic Pearl colored Lincoln Nautilus and my spouse loves the color. However, this color is not available in 2024 or 2025. There are only 5 or 6 dark colored choices, except white. So, we will have to go to your competitors to arrange for a nicer color.

Thank you for your consideration. We’ve owned Lincolns forever. We hate to drop them as our auto company.

Lincoln Customer Service Issue

April 26, 2024

Stinkin Lincoln!! I paid for my 22 Lincoln Avatar, that I purchased in 21 in full the day I bought it, wish I would have listened to my husband and went on down the road and bought a smaller Denali! I’ve had nothing but trouble with this vehicle. I’ve tried to get Lincoln to buy it back, but they won’t. I think it’s time to hire an attorney!
