Quality Inn, Poor hosting. The manager does not belong in a customer service. He is rude nasty and downright unfriendly with a very bad attitude. This was the Quality Inn in Lavonia Georgia. Stayed there 3 weeks and dreaded every minute.

Quality Inn Disappointing Experience

Quality Inn, I have stayed here a few times with no issues other than the rooms not being clean. I got the jacuzzi room and had brought incense so I could lay and relax. I can’t stand certain smells so I always have incense. If you want to smoke then you have to go outside in which I did. The cigarettes container to put butts in was so full they were coming out of the top. I was afraid of it catching on fire so rather than throw down my butt I put out and in a bag to throw away. I was accused of smoking in the room and never once did I smoke. Because I had burned incense the very rude lady got nasty with me and accused me of smoke and refused to return $100 deposit. There were stains all over the sheets and curtins, walls, the floors were so dirty the dirt gathered on the edges.

Quality Inn Savannah GA Disappointing

Quality Inn, Misleading photos, facility in disrepair. Upon arrival around 11:30am on 3/8, the exterior of property was significantly run down and in disrepair, looking nothing like the photos on the site (all were clearly heavily photoshopped.) Went to try to check in early and they quoted us an extra $15 early check in fee and told us they would call us when room was ready, so paid through hotel for parking and we went to explore the area. Got a call that room was ready around 2:30pm, so went back. Waited 15 minutes at the front to then be told our room was in fact not ready, that they would call us again when it was and would still be $15 early check in fee before 4pm. Never got a call. Came back just after 4 to check in. Upon entering the room (139), there was Very strong mold/mildew smell, rundown carpet and furniture, wallpaper peeling, black spots all over ceiling that appeared to be mold, and ceiling above shower was cracked and falling apart, bathroom fan didn’t work and was covered in dust. Whatever, it was one night. At this point we weren’t going to be able to find other accommodations before our event. Got ready and left. Returned at 11:30pm to no parking available. Overnight staff directed us to wait for someone who was supposed to leave to pull out. 15 mins later and 3 more check ins with staff, we finally parked in what wasn’t even a marked spot. Hoped it would be okay overnight. Walls were paper thin and noise outside was loud all night. Someone a few doors down spent 30-45 mins at 3am pounding on the door yelling at someone else repeatedly before any staff intervened. Housekeeping started rounds before 8am with loud carts. Knocked on our door at 9am waking us (check out was scheduled for 11am.) At this point we just got ready and checked out. No one asked how our stay was or seemed at all concerned about the state of the property or the quality of guest’s stay. Savannah is beautiful, and we will be back. With all other options available, however, would never choose this location again and will consider other brands over Quality Inn going forward. For price we paid, this stay was unacceptable. Spoke with the general manager on the way home; she refunded part of the cost, citing that “the room is the room” but that “customer service was the greater concern”. She encouraged me to contact corporate about the state of the room, as it was terrible, but the staff seem to be of the opinion that is typical. I’ve attached some photos of the room here, but it wouldn’t let me include all of them.

Quality Inn Warsaw NC Disappointing

Quality Inn Warsaw, NC. Upon arrival I noticed front doors to hotel did not open on their own, you have to pry them apart with your hands to enter the lobby..this should have been my first warning. The front desk service extremely poor as a family seems to own this place and they are all residing on the first floor together treating the lobby and breakfast room as their own personal house. Bare feet up on the sofa reading papers and eating curry in the breakfast room together. I was charged twice (that was resolved). There is no elevator, you can carry your luggage up a dingy, bleach smelling, paint chipped, hallway with numerous holes in the wall to your room. And boy are you in for a treat now!!!! Dirty stained bedding, switch plates missing from the electrical outlets (pretty sure thats a fire hazard), fist marks in the walls and last but not least 1 big dead cockroach in the corner. We turned around all checked out after 10 minutes, disturbing the dinner in the community breakfast room

of the people running the joint. Told her I was checking out and she never asked why… The place and the people running it were incompetent and unprofessional…..This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had…. easiest $150 bucks they’ve ever made I’m sure. Shame on you!

Quality Inn Dixon IL Disappointing

Quality Inn, Rip off, no refund, terrible customer service. Booked a room in advance, got charged immediately. When we arrived at the hotel, front desk said pool is closed due to renovations. Nothing on the website about that. Asked if I could get a full refund if we canceled and went to a hotel with a pool. It is the only reason we went to the hotel, so we could use the pool for my daughters birthday. The front desk said yes, we will be happy to give you a full refund and cancel your stay due to the pool being down. Next day I called to make sure this was canceled, and it was going to get my refund. The girl said yes, we canceled, and you will receive your money in 5 business days. I said ok. Something didn’t sit right with me, so i called again the next day and they said yes, it will take some time to refund, but we refunded it. 5 days pass. Nothing in my account. Called back and asked for a manager, had to wait another 2 hours to get a manager. Told the story again and the manager said we cannot cancel, you have to call choice privileges, gave me the number to call. Called them, went through 2 people and had to tell this long story yet again for them to tell me we cant give you the full refund. You will get a check in the mail that can possibly take up to 6 weeks. So here i am, out of $118 for a room I didnt even stay at, for a promised Full Refund. Place is a joke and I will Never book through Choice Privileges/ Quality Inn in Dixon IL. Waste of time and money.
