Reach Quality Inn Corporate Office 

Checked into motel in Cameron Park CA on 7/24. Room was awful—carpet stained, filthy, and torn in places; window shear curtains shredded and outer ones off the track; fridge/freezer dirty and barely working; bathroom window propped open by a piece of plastic and no screen; linens dingy and stained; moved nightstand to plug in phone charger and there was no backing on it and had nails protruding! Had book for 2 nights with possibility of 3, but after complainant checked out after one night. Was billed incorrectly and have not been able to resolve with customer service. Asked for supervisor and info not forthcoming. Have a case number and offered to provide photos which haven’t been accepted. Filed Better Business Bureau complaint. Trying to post pix, but not all posted and some that did are incorrect and I can’t delete. Contact me to resend, please.

Quality Inn, Major Disappointment. Sept., 2024 – I hate to have to advise you that the Quality Inn in Pryor, Oklahoma needs to be removed from you list of “Quality”. I have never seen such a dirty place. I have never been anywhere where the stuffing of the dining chairs is hanging out. The dining area had not been cleaned by 1:00. Floors and tables still dirty. The wall behind the trash can had food splashed on it. We could not check out fast enough. I don’t think we will ever stay in a Quality Inn again.

Quality Inn Dry Ridge KY. I had the misfortune of needing to change my check out date by extending it one day. I was told ok its done. The email sent to me showed it was not done. Calling back this time no one answered the phone. I tried for 40 minutes no one answered. I called a different number and after waiting on 19 callers before me I was informed the change had to be made by booking.com. Why didnt Dry Ridge Quality Inn tell me that to begin with. Exasperated I got online with booking.com and canceled. I am not pleased with poorly trained staff at Dry Ridge and will place Quality Inn at the bottom of my list of hotels to stay at.

Major reservation issues! Change of reservation dates were not acknowledge by hotel. They claim the system failed??!! Was denied a room with np charge even when I had proof that they approved the reservation date changes !! They charged me for the prior reservation when there was evidence of a modify booking !! Hotel owners are heartless and blame others for their mistakes !!

This place was a dive. We checked in and went to our room and it was a smoking room. I would never have intentionally rented Quality Inn at Orlando International Airport!

a smoking room. I pulled up the reservation and it did say smoking room. I didn’t even think hotels had smoking rooms anymore. Went back to the lobby and he did change me to a non smoking room. We went in and it smelled of smoke but not as bad as the first room. There was also a cigarette burn in the comforter on the bed. When we originally checked in there were workers outside eyeing us up and they were smoking heavily. I did not feel safe there. Since it was late and we were leaving at 5:00am we did stay in the room. I was miserable because I could smell smoke all night and it was disgusting. Also, the TV did not work and my husband had to attach the cable because it wasn’t hooked up. Also, the snack machine was out of order.

We were on second floor and there are no elevators so we had to haul 2 40# suitcases up cement stairs.

This place is really run down but the website looks like its brand new and has 3 – 5star ratings on the web page. This is totally misleading. Hard to find the bad reviews but I finally did today. Just wanted to let you know that this Quality Inn is not up to the standards I’m sure you would want. The whole place was disgusting. Ceiling in lobby looked bad and I wouldn’t have wanted to have breakfast in that area even if it was later. The room furnishings were okay but the sleeper sofa was really old but we did not use it.

Would never recommend this dump to anyone.
