This has to be one of the worst car rental experience that I ever had.
Your phone connection is horrible and customer service agents hang up on me.
Your phone agents have no skill to talk . I got hung up 8 times this morning.
I want a manger to call me or I am not calling you anymore.
I have a rental and want to extend it, but I could not do it because phone got hung up every time I call you.

Rented a car in Chicago. Had a good experience with the people that I picked the car up from and the ones that I returned it to. But now, two weeks after, I see that I have another charge of $5.91 on my card with out any explanation.I called and was told that it was for a 75 cents toll. I am paying $5.91 for a 75 cent toll. I do not recall any toll that I went thru that I did not pay. All were for $1.25 I believe. I am not from Chicago. When I spoke to your Customer Service, all I got was a run around. Then asking to "talk" to a supervisor got the reply that a complaint will be submitted and that I will get an "E-MAIL. What is wrong with a phone call. Simply to talk…TALK to a person in charge. This is not how to run CUSTOMER SERVICE. You have my credit card and decide to run charges on it without my knowledge or approval. Res #9871177929. If this is also for the rating of the company, then I will never rent from SIXT again and hope that everyone who reads this will learn from my mistake and rent from a company that really has CUSTOMER SERVICE. For it is NOT SIXT.
so i rented mini van in tampa airport from sixt rent a car.since they did not have the car we were looking for. never again will I be renting from them. the guy at the counter had a very heavy accent.asked did we want rental insurance I said no he kept asking and I said no. then he said oh its included. I said I have my own ins. he said its included. I look at my bill and got charged $317.00 for 6 days for rental ins. that I said I did not want or need. called corporate office 2x yesterday they said I have to wait 24-48 hours for a call back. I called again today to speak to a manager at the corporate office. and the lady had to put another ticket in so I can get a call back from a manager in 24-48 hours again. the man at the counter basically lied to us saying it was included after we repeatedly said no.don't rent from this place they lie and they don't want to help there customers out when they have problems at the sixt rental cars places.

I rented a 15 Passenger Van from National Rental Car out of Ft Lauderdale Fl. Stopped in South Miami to eat Dinner, (1st Bad Mistake). Can out to fine some Knuckle Head had Busted out the Passenger side Window and Stole my Back pack with over $1000.00 of Items. First I called the Police 5:35pm then I Called National Car Rental (2nd Bad Mistake) and told them what had happen, my choice was to drive back to FT Lauderdale or drive on to Key West, Fl. Drove on to key West with a Towel in the Hole and the next day went to the National Car Rental, told the Manager what happen and he said and I Quote"( that's happens all the time in Miami people getting broke in to"). He gave me a Mini Van and told me not to worry about the Glass Repair they will get it fixed and I shouldn't here anything out of it. Well guess what, I get a Letter in the mail Yesterday, 19 Oct 2016 from National Damage Recovery wanting $$$$ for the repairs. So what am I to do, any suggestions?
If I were you, I would look at getting an Attorney on this one.
