Stellantis Disappointing Jeep Latitude Issue

April 3, 2025

Stellantis, We have a 2015 Jeep Latitude. This car has had good care, but back in April 2024 after a short drive to do errands We come out start the car and the battery light goes on and then proceed to back up and lose power steering. Think no big deal head to our mechanic Ross Smith at In Gear, Douglas, MA . They keep the car check all the wiring and replace the battery and we bring it home . It happens again and back we go the alternator is replaced and again the car is thoroughly gone through. It keeps happening and they don’t know why, so they defer to Imperial Dealership in Mendon. MA and they don’t know and say just keep driving … what until there is an accident and someone is either injured or dead? How can Jeep make a car they don’t know how to fix ? I asked you all to contact Ross Smith at In Gear who really does want to help us and not just run up a bill and you ask for a credit card!. I don’t have one , but even if I did you all are Jeep Corporate. I bought and paid for the car that keeps you all employed. I am not happy and maybe Jeep isn’t the product it once was! I guess Government oversight is my next stop!

Stellantis Dwindeling Sales Australia

March 3, 2025

Stellantis, Dwindeling Sales Australia and RHD market. The problem with corporate within the Stellantis Jeep market is that for some reason you believe that people don’t want Diesel …. The fact is that in this country Australia, diesel is the absolute prefered fuel/engine type. Our country especially the outback regions is primarily set up for Diesel with remote fuel pods set up strategicly placed to ensure fuel availability …. No Petrol Available. Maybe you need to actually come here and try travelling this country… Not just our east coast. and find that diesel is really the most prefered option.. If you were to offer the Gladiator and continue with Grand Cherokee in Diesel versions your sales would triple Plus. Australians Want Diesel. Just as a side note I currently have 12 Jeeps and have still got my first Jeep purchased in 1978, I have Grands, Wranglers, Commander and early FSJs. I am currently purchasing a JT Gladiator reluctantly due to the ridiculous Petrol engine, but will like many others remove the 3.6 and fit a 3.0 Ecodiesel.. sad that Jeep cannot work it out but general public over here can do it..

Stellantis Bring Back the Reliable Jeep

February 27, 2025

Stellantis, Bring Back the Reliable Jeep. Stellantis, you’re missing the point. The GP, which became known as Jeep, was originally a simple, reliable, and durable vehicle. However, over time, it has become overloaded with unnecessary features and luxury add-ons, losing its original essence—much like what happened with the Land Rover and the Chevy Camaro. People wanted a dependable vehicle, but when it became popular, it was turned into a status symbol with excessive electronics and creature comforts. This shift has moved Jeep away from its roots, impacting its reputation for reliability. Please consider going back to basics and creating a durable, mechanically sound vehicle once again.
