The Range, Delivery not arrived – cannot speak to anyone!!!!! Absolutely awful customer service, I was told delivery would be Friday and then told today, and nothing has arrived. I only ordered as it was shown in stock. Paid £1000 and still no product…..I have whatsapped, emailed, called the courier and getting nowhere. Anyone thinking of buying from The Range Online Be Aware …no support.

The Range, No Customer Service Phone Number and Poor Return Policy. It’s incredibly frustrating that The Range makes it nearly impossible to speak with a real person. I’ve searched everywhere for a customer service phone number, and there’s nothing easily accessible. Companies should not make it this difficult to get support after a purchase has been made. To make matters worse, they only offer a 14-day return policy, which is much shorter than what many retailers provide. Customers deserve better service and a fair chance to return items if something isn’t right. Shoppers should be able to reach a human being, not be pushed into endless online forms and FAQs.

The Range, Very dissappointed I can’t be refunded the £80 difference as £80 on the day of buying is a massive difference. Spent over £1000 in The Range on 24th May 2025 bought with this a new Hampshire gazebo to then realise Wilco who are now connected had them £80 cheaper. Tried contacting them with no reply.

The Range Frustrating Customer Service

The Range, It is impossible to actually speak to anyone from Customer service. You have to chat to a BOT that doesn’t know the answer or What’s App, I sent a What’s App and it advises they are currently replying in under 4 hours, that was 28 hours ago. It is just a black hole, terrible service and would put me off from ordering again. I will go back to Amazon who have an amazing customer service.
