UPS does not care about Safety!

I saw a UPS driver run a stop sign and park illegally in a crosswalk. When I tried to contact the corporate office and perhaps send the pictures I took there wasn’t a way to do that. Maybe they have such a great safety culture because there are no consequences for not giving a s… about safety. When I asked the driver to please not run the stop sign. This was not the first time you had done so he laughed. What does that tell you about the effectiveness of UPS’ safety department?

UPS store #320 in Nevada provided extremely disappointing service. The staff mishandled my son’s shipment, leading to a lost item, and failed to take responsibility. After weeks of back-and-forth involving pictures, receipts, and video reviews, the store admitted they didn’t seal the package but still refused to resolve the issue properly. They even falsely claimed a refund was issued, which never happened. Attempts to contact the store are futile—calls are ignored, or the phone is hung up without explanation. Corporate support is no better, offering no clear way to file complaints about employees or escalate issues. This experience has been unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. I will no longer trust UPS with my shipments. UPS needs to improve its customer service and accountability.

UPS, I went to my local UPS Store to return a small Amazon package and was told it needed one piece of tape, which they would add for $2.71. I politely asked if they could waive the charge since every dollar matters, but they refused. It’s frustrating to see such a high charge from a billion-dollar company, especially for something as small as a piece of tape. This felt not only embarrassing but also like an example of how corporate America is nickel-and-diming everyday people.

UPS Delivery issues. The drivers are not delivering the packages to the addresses. Our normal driver, Charlie is extremely helpful and very dedicated person. But one substitute driver, which I believe is a woman is consistently Leaving the packages along the road up to a half a mile away from our house. She is terrible.

UPS, Stock Destroyed By UPS and UPS Won’t Pay Claim. We have been waiting 8 months for UPS to pay a claim and UPS won’t pay. Sent all corresponding documentation withing 30 days and still have not been paid over $2000 for a stock job we did for a customer who received a broken stock delivered by UPS.
