  • May I ask why the postal service insists on being such a bunch of inept dicks?. Believe it or not, I actually told folks the other day how good the USPS was for bringing my packages…even before the estimated delivery date. I use tracking all the time and have gotten to know the routine. Once a package hit Warrendale, Pa. I usually got it the next day. WELL THAT HAS ALL BEEN ERASED. Warrendale, a major distribution hub near Pittsburgh, had a chemical spill and decided to stop delivery of packages indefinitely. My items are now overdue and I may or may not ever receive them as they have fallen into the infamous "black hole" of Warrendale, as it is not so affectionately named. I guess I should have expected this sooner or later. Of course, the DC headquarters are overpaid paper shufflers and are worthless or there would be oversight into these places which become notorious for losing and even stealing packages.

     
  • I have had the most hideous experience with the Boca Raton Florida post office. I recently moved and filled out the form to change my address. It has gotten totally messed up. Nobody has any answers. I have literally been trying to find my mail for over 3 weeks. I am expecting some important documents for my car registration. I have been there 3 times and get no answers. They are so rude and short with their customers. They will not give me the name of the post master for their location. This is public information! They are a government run facility! This is absolutely ridiculous. I am reaching to the top of the totem pole The run around that I have experienced is unacceptable.

     
  • My complaint is concerning Atlantic City, NJ post office located on Atlantic Ave…Someone from that office decided that the building at 1714 Arctic Avenue (church building) was not being used and have not delivered any mail for at least 2 months. Upon going to the post office and asking what was happening with the mail, the clerk called the courier and they stated that they had been sending the mail back to the sender, because they assumed that the building was not being used. When asked on who's authority I received no answer. I have been there twice once on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 10:30am and again on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 4:15 pm. Still no results.

     
  • HAVE DIFFICULTY RECIEVEING MAIL. PACKAGES THAT ARE DUE TO BE MAIL ON 1/23/2018 CARRIER DID NOT DIELVER PACKAGE. CALLED LOCAL POST OFFICE SPOKE WITH A MAN NAME STEVE VERY DISREPECTFUL AND THE END OF THE CALL. I GAVE HIM THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PACKAGE LETTING HIM KNOW THAT I HAVE ME TRACKING INFROMATION HIS STATEMENT TO ME WAS WHY DID I CALL HIM IF I HAD ALL THE INFROMATION. MY PACKAGES ARE BEING STOLEN BY EMPLOYEES @ THIS POST OFFICE CLEVELAND HTS OHIO.THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY HAVE A GOOD JOB BUT WILL STILL YOUR MERCHANT THIS IS SO OUT OF ORDER NEED ORDER IN THE UNITED STATES POSTOFFICE

     
  • I've been trying to reach this post office for FOUR MONTHS by phone. I'm on the mainland, trying to reserve a PO Box for my upcoming stay. The phone number (808) 322-1656 RINGS AND RINGS AND RINGS AND RINGS AND RINGS…. until the call disconnects. I've literally called every week, several times at all hours of the working day and never ONCE has anyone in this PO answered the phone.

    When I get there in January, I will take a photo of the staff behind the counter there, collect business cards from everyone who works there, and mail it with a letter to the USPS Federal Govt, cuz this kind of service is simply unacceptable. I decided NOT to open a PO Box here cuz reading the one honest review below, I can see, they also lose packages.

    I've even called the Kailua-Kona USPS – which answers the phone first or second ring – and asked if this Kaleakekua PO is actually "there"? They say it is, but the office is renowned for never answering their phone.

     
  • Where is my package! Why does it take two weeks to travel within NJ when it takes 3 hours to travel the state!? It's not just Christmas time it's ALL YEAR! Why is NO one able to answer the phone!? This is Horrible! At least tell me where the hell my package is so I can drive an hour to pick it up!

     
  • The USPS is a joke !!! They cram packages into the box break the item. It takes forever to get it out. They use a newspaper tube for mail a packages. They sign your name or some what close to it. When you call them and ask who signed for my package they say you gave the carrier permission to sign. I would never let them sign for anything. They lie and say you are not home or say it is to dangerous to deliver because of dog. I have never had a dog. At least 2 times a week you get no mail. I have check with neighbors and on these same days they got no mail. They are dumping mail. One day they will get caught. Maybe a FOI act will tell us what's really going on.

     
  • I have been trying since August of 2017 to get our mail picked up we are a senior citizen community and the local post office refuses to pick up our mail.I have tried every agency that I available, the home office, consumers Affairs office,etc. I have exhausted all resources. finally today in Desperation, I called and talk to the office of Inspector General and an agent gave me,as a Last Resort, the phone number two corporate office in Washington DC.I called the number (which is 1-202-268-2000), and was on the line for over 20 minutes. the virtual operator continually States that there is a exorbitant amount of calls, so if wish to talk to a representative etc. I did and during this time the virtual operator kept rhetorically repeating over and over the same message. Then occasionally the option to leave a voicemail by selecting option #6. When option #6 is selected the phone rings no more than 4 times and then you are immediately referred back to the original virtual operator. During the course of this rhetorical unending cycle the virtual operator (from my experience) at least three times stated you are being patched to an agent, again the phone rings no more than 4 times and when pick up occurs, you are then returned to the original virtual operator, and the cycle continues on and on. I am quite a patient person, do continue to test this vicious cycle. During this ordeal the virtual operator at least three times at least comes on and states we are being patching you to an actual agent(approximately) again the phone rings at no more than four times and you are returned to the original virtual operator.

    I finally gave up and again called the office of Inspector General at 1-866-275-56960, to report my dilemma and to see if they could possibly check with someone in the DC office,to find out if the virtual operator is not working properly. Again I get the third degree and finally I am told by the operator (female didn't get her name cuz they talk too fast) that I was on an emergency line and if the number they gave me, to Washington DC,is answering accordingly, with the proper agency then there is nothing that she could do and that I needed to get off the line because it is an emergency line. this is why I was calling, I have an emergency! I have an urgent emergency to have our mail picked up,! I am tired of the red tape. I am a tenacious person by Nature and I will continue on this Quest because every American has the right to have their mail picked up. it is not a favor it is a service of the United States Post Office.

     
  • I need to place a serious complaint about renewing POBOX. Every 3 months I have problems with my account because even though I have an automatic payment, they never do it; forcing me to go to Postal Service and get the 6 months or 1 year renewal. That way is the way USPS get more money from POBOX, which is not right, as we are not supposed to be forced to get services to pay more. I demand my wish to renew my service every 3 months as I always wanted; there is no problem with payment method at all, so DO WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DO AND STOP FORCING PEOPLE TO BUY SOMETHING THEY DO NOT WANT.
