Village Inn Support by Issue

Food, Order, Service, Refund, or Manager Concern

Contact the restaurant where the transaction occurred and use the official feedback form. Refund decisions may depend on the ordering channel, restaurant operator, payment method, and available transaction record.

Delivery-Service Order

If the order was placed through a third-party delivery marketplace, report delivery, billing, cancellation, and missing-item problems through that marketplace as well as to the restaurant. Keep the delivery receipt and platform case number.

Village Inn Rewards or App Problem

For missing points, duplicate accounts, unavailable rewards, sign-in trouble, or app questions, consult the Village Inn Rewards FAQ and submit the appropriate option through the official contact page.

Rewards availability and redemption can differ by participating location. Orders placed through third-party delivery services may not qualify for Village Inn Rewards.

Gift Card Question

Use the official Village Inn gift-card questions form. Do not publish the complete gift-card number or PIN in a public review.

Promotion, Coupon, or Free-Pie Question

Read the current offer terms before visiting because participating locations, qualifying purchases, available products, dates, and restrictions may change. Ask the local restaurant about the offer before ordering if eligibility is unclear.

Food Safety, Allergy, or Medical Warning

Immediately tell the restaurant manager about a suspected allergen exposure, contamination problem, foreign object, or foodborne-illness concern. Preserve the receipt, packaging, photographs, and remaining food when it is safe to do so.

For serious or rapidly worsening symptoms, contact emergency services or a qualified medical professional. CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com cannot provide medical advice or handle an urgent food-safety investigation.

Village Inn Aurora CO Disappointing Experience

March 20, 2025

Village Inn, Insane policy. Hampden Ave, Aurora CO. Biscuits and Gravy. Sausage was burned. It was not edible. Ruined the breakfast. They will fix more or never mind. Because it was free pie day, couldn’t discount the breakfast or would have to do without pie. Bad food, no excuse for that. With all the restaurants going out of business Village Inn might be one to follow. Its for sure that we wont be patronizing Village Inn any longer. That store blew it which falls back on corporate.

Village Inn Springfield MO Disappointing Experience

January 23, 2025

Village Inn, Rudest Manager Ever. Mediocre food. December 31, 2024. Regarding the Village Inn on South Glenstone, Springfield, Missouri, I have eaten there many times over the years, but today was the worst. I have spent at least $3000 there total. I have rarely been able to get my eggs prepared the way I order them, slightly runny yolks with hard (in other words, not raw) whites. I used to be able to order eggs “over medium”, but, with their new hand-held computer ordering system, it has become impossible. Apparently, the only egg choices now are “raw”, “medium-raw”, or “hard.” Today, I had to send eggs back twice. The first time, the egg whites were very runny, resembling water. I sent them back and asked that I get hard-cooked eggs. The second serving came out in about 30 seconds and the eggs were not hard-cooked. They appeared to have been microwaved which would explain the 30 second preparation. The third time, the irritating little manager came over and told me they don’t microwave their eggs and gave me more “medium” eggs. He was argumentative, surly, unprofessional, and rude. He was not interested in finding out what happened or hearing my side of the story. His mind was made up when he approached the table. I asked him to comp the meal and he refused. I walked out and will never go back there. In fairness, the servers have always been exceptional and they deserve better management than this little creep.

Village Inn Customer Service issue

September 17, 2024

Village Inn, gravy instead of hollandaise sauce. I was treated rudely by a server over my question regarding Village Inns habit of slicing bacon vertically to make it narrow. and then I ordered eggs Benedict, but instead of hollandaise sauce, it came out with turkey gravy on it. The waitress insisted it was hollandaise sauce, but there’s no comparison in the way it looks or tastes. The manager at the checkout refunded my meal, but was also dismissive, insisting it was hollandaise sauce. In my attached picture, the yellow part is egg yolk. The sauce itself was grayish and saturated the English muffin. I submitted a concern on their website, and of course they didn’t respond. A second waitress at the checkout counter, confirmed to me and the manager that the sauce tasted like onions. It’s disappointing that two people in this experience stuck to a obvious untruth instead of just saying I’m sorry and fixing it.

Village Inn Free Pie Wednesday Issue

September 12, 2024

Village Inn, I remember the days of Free Pie Wednesdays. Get anything even a cup of coffee and get free pie. There was always a waiting line to get in. Then you went to having to get a meal to get free pie. Now you have to get a meal and a drink, which is the same cost of the pie. No “free pie” anymore. No thank you. Took a good thing and made it nothing! Who cares about Village Inn anymore! Bad decision. You can’t tell me that people were not ordering meals and drinks on Wednesdays when all you “had” to get was one thing from the menu. Oh well. So long!

Recipe change ???

November 27, 2023

Why did you change your recipe for Pumpkin supreme? Did not care for the nuts and the “two toned” pumpkin filling. Have ordered this for years and then you go and make it different. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!
