I Ordered A Small Kids Cheeseburger Meal, (There Was Not Any Cheese!) Fries, Unsweetened Tea. The Burger Had Been Sitting For Hours And Was Likely Microwaved And It Was Not Fresh, Bread Was Very Squashed And Not Even Appealing With Gobs Of Mustard In The Middle. The Fries? Reheated At Best And Tasted Like They Were Held Over From The Garbage Can. Is This What Fast Food Has Become? Is This What People Are Eating And Paying For ? Then Why Oh Why Is This Place Even On Business? Whataburger, Food service. I have been to Whataburger in Southaven, MS twice. The first time they were out of hamburger meat. The next time, last week, they were out of hamburger buns. Asked if regular bread toasted be OK. They were not kidding. It was toasted and toasted and toasted. Black. Why should I ever return?

Whataburger, Not up to a quality product or experience. We have been customers of your store #833 on Westheimer in West Houston since it opened many years ago. We don’t go in now as much as we use to. Corporate should be made aware that this store is not what it use to be. I ordered a Whataburger Junior Meal along with a fried apple pie. Although the meal was warm, the burger was as if it was “slapped” together. The patty itself was askew. When I took my first bite I get a mouth full of bun, lettuce and onion, no patty. The whole hamburger was over salted. The carbonated Dr. Pepper was over carbonated to the point I barely got the taste of Dr. Pepper! The wait time was longer than usual to receive my order. I was fortunate in that I received my order in a timely manner but there were customers ahead of me who did not receive their orders as quickly. We happened to sit at a table that needed to be wiped down. A couple of ladies came into your store, placed their orders and tried to use the restroom only to find the door locked. It remained that way for 15-20 minutes. A female employee later emerged from the ladies restroom allowing customers to use to this facility. I apologize for being the bearer of bad news, but felt corporate should be made aware of circumstances surrounding this store. In all the years we have been customers of this store we have never seen this low level of service or product.
