Reach Out To Pizza Hut Corporate Office – Review and Complaints 

Pizza Hut, Order placed yet didn’t show. Placed an order last night and got the text at 1:11am to track my order for my son’s 5th birthday party and when they didn’t show up I basically had a panic attack. Called and ordered close to the same things and it was same amount, $70, no discount offered for the troubles of my order just disappearing. Placed it for 1:15pm arrival delivery and had to make another order on phone and have them rush it out before we lost our party room, but needless to say the whole party became chaos because of this and the food quality was great and the guy was fast showing up so I tipped him well because it’s not his fault, prob freaked out on the girl on phone and wasn’t aiming it at her but prob came out that way as im telling the parents in the room there’s no pizza coming now anymore lol. But I’m wondering why they didn’t offer a discount and why I didn’t get a tracking number (placed order for cash delivery) originally was $69.?? Pizza Hut, I ordered online & gave the driver a 25% tip above the delivery fee. My charge card shows the correct amount but the receipt taped on the pizza box does Not show the additional tip. How does the driver know he got the extra tip if it is not on the receipt? Why isn’t the tip listed?

Pizza Hut, Not one But Both!??; The Worst. First pizza-thin crust (with cheese and Mushroom) Undercooked. Crust similar to a piece of Cardboard Tasted like they used gluten free dough. Pathetic excuse for pizza crust! could not eat. Second pizza. Raw dough in center and mid-center of pie. Half cheese mushroom Half Caramelized Onion/ Mushroom. Placed it in our toaster oven…to try and ‘cook’ it We hardly even ate 1 slice each! It made Both of us sick (sore stomach- like a lead sinker) Discarded Both pizzas in the trash. This was a complete waste of our money, appetite and time. Your staff and your company should be extremely Ashamed of this product. I don’t think that we’ll ever be back again. $38.24 for the Worst meal I have had in as long as I can remember. I think that we deserve a refund.

I’d like to know why your company spends so much time on advertising and not enough updating the outdated dilapidated buildings around the country. We are at the one at 1127 Erie Blvd, Rome, NY 13440 and it’s got ripped seats, flys on the windows, rickety furniture, chairs from the ‘80s, the bathroom hand dryer didn’t work, ceiling needs painting, my butt feels the wood under the cushion on the seat, tabletops are worn…..why aren’t you updating these buildings? Have you seen your ratings on Yelp and others? This place has a 2.5. I’d rate it lower because of the dumpy inside. There’s a vacuum in the corner behind a booth in the dining area. I’ll try attaching pictures but why aren’t they updating?

Pizza Hut, Needs attention. Coffeyville, KS location…we ate lunch there today, and I felt the need to draw your attention to the very gross ceiling in the dining area. The ceiling around the HVAC vents looks just terrible! The sprayed-on “popcorn” texture is black with either built-up dirt, or perhaps black mold from probably cold, moist A/C air blowing. Whatever the reason, the ceiling in this location is way beyond the point that it should be taken care of. Very unappetizing to see above our heads while eating.
