Chrysler Tampa Fl Disappointing Customer Service

October 28, 2024

Chrysler, Lazy Techs, poor performance. I had an appointment at the Chrysler Dealership on Adamo in Tampa Florida at 3:30. Around 5:30 it was completed with an oil change, cabin filter and tire rotation. When I received my car back, All the tires were out of tolerance with PSI. The required PSI for my Dodge Challenger is 32, however when I received my car back the PSI on all tires was 37, 33, 34 and 35!!!! What the Heck???? Not only were my tire pressures was off, my lock to my tires was Not Given Back To Me!!!!! If I was to have a flat and didn’t notice, what am I supposed to do? The customer service was great, however the performance of the technicians is very questionable. I don’t even feel safe going to this location again. I am so disappointed, I used to love this location, now I feel like I need to go elsewhere for my safety.

Chrysler Dodge Disappointing Repair Issues

January 11, 2025

Chrysler, I have a Dodge Dump Truck 4500, 2017. I have bought a dump truck from our local Brown Daub in Bath, PA, unfortunately; every time we take it for maintenance or repairs to this dealership shop, we know it will come back for another repair within a week or two. Like they just did brakes a week later, we were driving the truck and heard this entrained noise. We towed it back to the dealership, and they came back. It was the rotors, so they just did the brakes, and they could not see the roters. Here is an example of the many incidents that we have going through. We are a small business, and we invested in purchasing a dump truck to continue being reliable for our clients, but we depend on the maintenance of our equipment, which has let us down again and again. We also discovered an engineering defect with this particular truck that Dodge Ram had not disclosed to the public, but after a few hundred dollars spent at Brown Daub Chop and me becoming firmer, it was finally disclosed to me.

Chrysler Frustrating Customer Service

January 9, 2025

Chrysler, Worst Customer Service Ever. I purchased the Lifetime Warranty, I take it in Every 5 years for the inspections (paperwork to prove it); and they keep giving me the run around to fix my truck. My truck was towed to Martin Dodge the first week of December 2024, it’s now January 9, 2025 and I’m getting nothing but a run around from customer service. Haven’t spoken with my case manager yet, nor her supervisor that was to contact me back in December. Four times the supervisor was to contact me within 24 hours, and I have yet to hear from them. Customer service is terrible.

Chrysler Clovis CA Frustrating Experience

January 7, 2025

Chrysler, Poor Management decision Clovis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Clovis Ca. I had an appointment for a complete brake replacement-all four wheels; upper and lower A-frame and torsion bar replacement. Repairs were supposed to take 3 days but took 7 because other walk ins were take ahead of my appointment. I had my car detailed the day before taking it to the dealer but when I received it 7 days later not only was it so dirty I had to go to a car wash that day so I could see to drive, they had used 1/4 of a tank of gas and over 40 miles had been put on the car; the trunk had been ransacked and a complete mess; based on prices on the Mopar parts site, the dealer overcharged me by hundreds of dollars. When I brought this to the attention of the service manager he told me he’d get back to me after looking in to it. Several weeks later I hadn’t heard from him so I filed a complaint with the California Automotive Repair Board. Dealership refused to do anything re: the complaint. 6 weeks later, the front was exhibiting the same problems I had taken it in for to be repaired. I called to have it looked at under the warranty and I was told I was no longer allowed to bring my car in to that dealership for repairs of any kind and they suggested I try to find another Chrysler dealer to look at my Chrysler 300, that I had purchased there in 2014 and had spent thousands of dollars at their dealership over the previous 10 years on a multitude of issues, including the recommended oil changes which were free under the Lifetime Oil Change agreement that I received when I purchased the car in 2014. They did agree to honor that Agreement but would do no other work, of any kind, on my Chrysler. Bad decision on several levels.

Chrysler 300C 5.7 liter Disappointing Issue

December 16, 2024

Chrysler 300C 5.7 liter.I’ve been a Chrysler Dodge owner since 1961!!! I am disappointed that Chrysler has dropped the 300C 5.7 liter!!! I was looking to buy a new one next year!!! I understand you are looking at EV!!! Big mistake!!! Build a retro of the 1959 through 1960 Chrysler Imperial with 5.7 and 6.4 liter and your sales will go through the roof!!! I had told Harley to copy the Can Am motorcycle. They looked at it and decided not!!! Look where Can Am is at and what’s happening to Harley!!! Listen to people buying the products not your in-house squirrels that don’t know what the people want!!!
