Chipotle, your system is frustrating and inefficient. You don’t answer phones, and my orders are always incorrect, with items missing. If your employees paid better attention, maybe my order would be right. This is poor customer service, and I won’t be back!

Worst Chipotle I have ever eaten at. The Chipotle in River City, Jacksonville FL, is terrible. The place was dirty. Workers were rude. I ordered a burrito and he took I balled up tortilla spread it out and used it. The chips were stale.

Chipotle, Take It or Leave It. 4950 Stockdale Hwy, Bakersfield, Ca. This location closes at 10PM. After a 6 hour drive at the end of a delivery experience, looking forward to satisfying my taste buds/craving with a good meal, I arrive at this location at 8:40PM. I stand in line, but something is odd. People in front of me are leaving. I get to the steam table for my Barbacoa Bowl. I see nothing but dried up steam pans. I enquire on more items coming out. And I’m met with, “This is it. Take it or leave it”. Everyone behind me hearing this, then walked out. Your value towards your people, food and animals, and environment are great, but useless without customers. I hate admitting that I settled for crumbs, hoping that that would satisfy my craving. Not!!!! I have photos of the steam table presentation,(sauce without beans, dried up steam pans, empty spaces, etc.). Give me a number or email to send these photos to and I will.

The general manager at the Chipotle on Hwy 138 SE in Conyers, GA, treats employees disrespectfully. A new worker on their third day was left untrained, thrown into tasks, and later locked out while taking out the trash. When the worker asked how to handle the task without getting locked out, the manager told them to clock out and find another job. Other employees confirmed the manager often speaks rudely to staff. Additionally, the location frequently runs out of food by 8:00 PM, despite staying open until 11:00 PM. This behavior and poor service are unacceptable!

Chipotle, Mother’s Passing. I am a correctional officer for the state of Ohio. My wife and I have always been big fans of Chipotle, eating at least 3 or 4 times a week when our money allows us. My mother passed away this year, the day she passed we still stopped at Chipotle on the way home from the hospital, to be comforted. Now with paying off her medical bills and funeral costs, it’s hard to be able to go. I sent paper mail a while ago, but I’m not sure if it made it. I was wondering if there is any possibility for a gift card, or something maybe? We love Chipotle, but we can barely afford anything anymore. Thank you. I can send a copy of the obituary for proof of decease if needed.
