24 Hour Fitness, Maintenance of facility. I and several of my friends use the gym at 6633 Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights. 95621. We really love the staff and the pool. However, the shower area of the women’s locker room has several serious problems that are not being addressed even though they have been reported many times over the last 6-12 months. The most serious is a gaping hole in the handicapped shower where a tile has fallen off. Water is pouring in there growing mold and presumably causing severe damage to the wall and floor underneath the shower. There is also showers that won’t turn off so water is just flowing down the drain. Other smaller holes that aren’t being caulked.

I am a member of 24 Hour Fitness and want to report concerns about privacy practices at one of the locations. Recently, I noticed that the check-in process allows customer information, such as names, dates of birth, and membership details, to be visible to others nearby. This seems to occur during specific staffing shifts, and when I raised the issue, the response I received was dismissive and unprofessional. Privacy should be respected at all times, and I hope the company takes steps to address this issue and ensure better customer service.

24 Hour Fitness club in Pleasanton, machines and the area around is full of dust & dirt. Machines are out of service for months. Steam room has had an out of service sign for months. Bathrooms are dirty, showers don’t work properly, soap dispensers are ripped out of the wall, drains are clogged, one shower have only hot water. They need a commercial cleaners to clean the GYM. One person alone can not keep up with the cleaning. Thousands of members come there everyday. Gym should be cleaned professionally every week and one person can maintain it. When I take time out of my busy schedule to go to the gym I want to feel good about my gym.

24 Hour Fitness in Springfield NJ is dirty and does not have hot water to shower. I have seen lots of unhappy member and I also placed couple of complains. there is no hot water to shower and dust all over the stair case and floors. I placed complaint but no one is there to help.

24 Hour Fitness, Total Letdown -Avoid. I’ve been a member here for a while, and honestly, I’m fed up. First off, the treadmills. Out of 15, 5 are broken, which means about a third of them are out of service at any given time. And it’s not just a one-time thing – it’s been this way for weeks. No sense of urgency to fix them. Then, let’s talk about the rest of the equipment. Several machines have been broken for weeks too, and again, no one seems to care enough to get them fixed. Also, the whole “24 Hour Fitness” thing is a joke. They’re not open 24 hours – they’re only open from 5 AM to 11 PM. So, maybe they should change their name to “18 Hour Fitness,” because that’s all you’re getting. It’s clear there’s no solid management here. The place is falling apart, and they don’t seem to be doing anything about it. It’s honestly embarrassing. Look elsewhere for better gyms in the area. Avoid this place if you want equipment that works and reliable service.
