24 Hour Fitness, Great customer Service @ Location 2831 W. 120th Street Hawthorne, Ca. 90250.On several occassions when anything was not up to standard and I made my request known actions were taken in a timely matter. On Oct. 22,2024 emploee Veronica assisted me when I had a concern about the dryers in the locker rooms (women). She recognized the issue where the dryers were installed but were the wrong type of dryers for where they were placed. She said she would notify and placed in a job order. I’m hoping issue is solve in a timely fashion….Thank you Veronica!

24 Hour Fitness, This gym has not been cleaned in at least two weeks. I have been going to gyms for over 30 years and I have never seen one this filthy. They claim they are “working on it” and yet I haven’t seen one employee or manager lifting a finger to do anything. I’m ready to call the health department.

Machines break down repairs last 2-3-4 months to fix its a running joke in club 24 Hour Fitness in Chino Hills , CA. on Chino hills Pkwy and Pioeline.

My husband had his lock broke off of his locker in the men’s locker room in Gresham, Oregon and his wallet and I -phone and cash were stolen

I have been a member at 24-hour fitness for years on and off at the location in Valley Stream New York. A male staff came into the female locker room while I was in a fetal position. Neal down sitting on the bench in which I could have been undressed. Male staff should have never been in the female’s locker room in the first place. He was warned about this behavior in the past when I first signed up for 24-hour fitness by another customer who saw him coming into the female’s locker room in the past. I was shocked and felt completely violated and disrespected. In his response, he stated,” The female staff saw me lying forward in a fetal position. I cannot sleep in 24-hour fitness”. Did I tell him to excuse me? You are completely out of line and not supposed to be in the women’s locker room. I am a paying customer no one should tell me what I can do in a gym setting or not in that circumstance. That is not enough reason to find yourself in the women’s locker room. This is a violation of my rights and you are not supposed to be in the woman’s locker room especially if there are other staff members present. That is harassment, exploitation, discrimination, and unprofessionalism and it put me in an extremely uncomfortable state. Especially to witness the same staff member who was warned by another female member in the past not to come into the women’s locker room. This was a very malicious attack. I feel threatened and was attacked tonight.
