Think about this … your Refrigerator dies. $300 of food wasted. You call Brandsmart U.S.A., the earliest appointment for a technician to come out, FIVE days. 5 days! You spend your hard-earned money on takeout. Appointment day arrives. Technician TWO hours late. He looks at frig, says it's the compressor, needs to order the part which will take another week. How would you feel if this happened to you? Wouldn't you be furious? So, you call customer service. They're polite and try to help you but their hands are tied. Basically, it is what it is … nice way for a service company to treat a long-time customer who likes your products. Think about this … if you want to keep your customers … fix the problem with Brandsmart U.S.A. Yes, I'm one voice but think of me as thousands who have dealt with this inexcusable service. Would you like it? Look at Brandsmart's website, the complaints aren't pretty. Think about it … would you, the CEO, Executives, Managers be thrilled with this pathetic service? LG represents Brandsmart. Your company's products are sold and serviced by them. Is LG just as bad as Brandsmart U.S.A.? Think about it.

I bought a refrigerator that was non repairable, finally got a replacement but when they delivered the refrigerator they cracked my tile floor I keep calling corporate who keeps sending me to home repair I leave messages and no one will call me back.
NEVER buy anything here! Possibly the worst company on the planet. Arrogant management, rude employees, terrible customer service
I guess maybe a sue or complaint would suffice I purchased a TV last year with extended insurance policy just and case and I called needing the TV to be brought back I live very far from a service center so I am unable to just drive to Brandsmart but the service contract indicates that a service repairman would be provided at the address on my receipt which is what I have on file. When I called the Service department I was told I would have to call the store and bring in the TV this is a breach of contract per there Warranty and they are not living up to there end of the written deal I've left three message for there store Manager Jose Oliver to return my call today and I have yet to hear back from someone as I'm writing this I'm on hold with the Corp office waiting on VP of Customer Relations and every time someone picks up the phone they say please hold and no one gets on the phone to assist me I have been on hold all day. Terrible customer service and Manager's and the employees have no idea.

this company has horrible customer service with no chain of command to resolve issues. please go some where else because if you have a problem. well even though they are not nice, i will be…… fyi go purchase your goods elsewhere
