I ordered a $50 gift card (more than the required $40, for a bonus card). I never received the bonus card.
That's false advertising. Tell me what to do, please. Do I have to go thru HQ chipolte?
You are not very user-friendly, compared to Panera Bread.
What to do now???
I await your reply before I write to the president.
Thank you.
Have a good day!!

I contacted this food eatery 10 days ago concerning a charge that was NOT presented to me prior to my take-out order. The Company never made one effort to respond to my email and literally blew me off! This location is off of Smoky Hill road in Centennial, COLO. I wrote them a letter about this issue and it was returned as "undeliverable" so hence, I dropped it off @ the store above to the staff. Later, when I did NOT hear a professional response back from the manager I visited the store to confront her. She stated as follows, "You needed to drop it off to me and NOT the Staff" was her direct quote. She her postulating excuse was, I am supposed to know who the manager is and not drop off the pertinent mail to know one else?! In succinct, I was overcharged for item I was unaware of, and it composed of 30% of my entire BILL!!! One lousy small scoop of Guacamole was a staggering $ 2.70 dollars! I love your Food and quality, have been a Loyal customer 12 1/2 years and love this chain. Please be aware you need to read this so you can improve on your menu prices and make them more visible and NOT on the glass in front of you, while your BIG eyes are feasting@ the food. Your prices are reasonable and affordable. So PLEASE just absorb this as a friendly word of sound advice. I will continue to be a "Loyal" happy and vibrant customer regardless. **(Former World Class Athlete, M.S., double B.A., U.S.Armed Forces Veteran (Two-Honorable Discharges) and Business Owner & Employer for 37 years) JJK
To whom is may concern:
On March 22nd, I treated my friend to lunch at your Chipotle restaurant at 9120 SW Hall Blvd., in Tigard Oregon.
As we placed our orders, I noticed that the serving area was littered with spilled food, as if it had not been wiped down all day, or worse, longer…
We received our orders and went to sit inside at a table. As we sat, I saw the gross condition of the area under the cash register and quickly adjusted our seating so my friend would not see the filth. It was embarrassing, to say the least!
As I observed your staff go in and out of the back, I could see the condition of the floor in the back, which was just as bad. Clearly neither area had been cleaned in some time.
And surprise, surprise, today we both have indigestion issues.
Just embarrassing! (I have a picture for your review, once you respond vis email)
We won't be back
Hello,
I have been a Chipotle customer for years. Lately my online orders have been missing more than a few ingredients, so I'd contact support and they'd issue me a free entre. When it comes to be a few, I have to question the communication between management and employees. So recently, February and March 2023, I placed an online order, one at the Dearborn Heights (Michigan) drive through location and the other at the Fairlane Green (Michigan) location and both times my order was wrong. The next time, I placed my order in person about a week later (3/21/2023) at the Fairlane Green (Michigan). I was told at the very end of my order being fixed there was no guacamole. I look over to another counter and there is plenty of guacamole. I was told it's for online orders only and I could not get any guacamole. After some back and forth with the Manager I got a little spoonful of guacamole when the online orders were getting huge servings onto their orders.
First, I was not advised they were out of guacamole for in person orders.
Second, they denied me the guacamole I was looking at for the online orders.
Third, they charged me $2.65 for a tablespoon of guacamole.
How is it that the workers separate guacamole? Guacamole should be made for the entire restaurant. I am a paying customer placing an in-person order. I am just as important as online orders.
I am really disappointed in how I was treated as a customer.
The management style needs to be reviewed and revised. A paying customer should never be told "YOU CAN'T HAVE THAT INGREDIENT BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T ORDER YOUR FOOD ONLINE".
I've been a long time customer of Chipotle. As a retired college basketball coach who traveled often to evaluate players for recruitment, Chipotle was my go-to quick meal where I knew I'd get quality ingredients. Love the concept. But, that said, I visited a nearby location here in Virginia Beach to get a carry out for dinner tonight. Walked in and started to go thru the process of getting what I liked. Was told that I had to order online. I said, "You're kidding, right? I'm standing right here." He shook his head and repeated that I needed to order online and then come pick it up. Before I switched my career to basketball, I was president of an ad agency in Richmond, VA. When things like this take place, it takes me back to my advertising days and all that goes into training and providing great service and superior products as a company. I think procedures and policies are important because repeat business is important. I drove back home and opened a can of Brunswick Stew, which doesn't compare to Chipotle.
Hello,
I am contacting you on behalf of Hire Image LLC regarding employment verification for an employee. If you could please direct me to the person or department that I could speak with. I can be reached by email.
I visited the Euless TX store on 2/13/22. I was the only customer in line. I was the only minority in the store. I waited for several minutes. The staff ignored me and walk away. A young slim male continued wiping to the same spot and repeated where the food is. He refused to make eye contact with me. He continued to wipe the serving area to avoid taking my order. Other staff walked away to avoid taking my order. No words were exchanged for them to demonstrate this behavior. I finally asked if they were waiting on customers and there was no answer. I walked over to the cashier and asked if someone could take my order. The tall slim male walked over and whispered. Then a white female customer came in and stood behind me. They immediately took her order. I reported this twice last month when it happened and this month. There has been no follow-up. Case thread ID
I ordered from the Madison St in Clarksville TN today and the bowl with Barbacoa was extremely small with mostly cheese and one small lump of meat held together by grisly fat. The white rice in all 3 meals was very undercooked, hard and unable to consume. After paying $70 including delivery I expect better quality.
We visited the Chipotle at 2322 Harnett Drive in (Viera) Melbourne, FL. It was in poor shape. There were about a dozen empty dirty food containers on the work station. Someone should have taken 30 seconds to clean off the food particles spilled on the serving counter. They were out of cheese. No cheese for tacos or quesadillas or anything else. That's like a hamburger joint being out of French fries or a coffee shop being out of cream. How could this be? It was Friday evening of a holiday weekend, which means that they would probably be out of cheese all weekend. It seems as if it would be easy in such a situation for someone to run to the local grocery story and get enough cheese to properly serve customers until the regular supplies come in. Furthermore, how do you run out of cheese unless someone did not do their job to order it. After staying away for long periods and coming back thinking that this particular location has got its act together, there is another disappointment. It looks like poor management.
