CiCi’s Pizza Corporate Office Headquarters HQ 

We had a call in order today at Cicis Pizza. Asia took our order at the St. Andrews location. We could barely hear her on the phone so I checked the order when we picked it up. it was supposed to be 1/2 Hawaiian, 1/2 pepperoni and green peppers. it was 1/2 Hawaiian and 1/2 meat lovers when we got it. we had already paid and the girl couldn’t even do change. she cheated us out a dollar. when we told her it was wrong she just took it and left the window. we waited a while and finally told her we would take it like it was. We didn’t want to sit 20 more minutes at the drive-thru. It was totally ridiculous the whole experience.

My family went to CiCis Pizza on May 19 after my grandson’s graduation my son ordered and paid. then the cashier said the card was declined but we showed him that the transaction showed it went through. Then he called the police they came and told me there was nothing they could do about it. I tried talking to the manager and asked him to return my money. and they never did. when I checked my card the next day CiCis had taken the money. and we were not allowed to eat on May 19. I will never go back there ever again. This is CiCis Pizza at 7060 Siegen Ln Baton Rouge, La.
