Consumer Cellular Advertising Issue

October 23, 2024

Dear Consumer Cellular, News you may want to hear. I wanted to reach out to you folks, you seem to be a good company, I like your commercials, but I need to let you know that myself and others will not be watching CBS station that I hear you may be advertising on. You should take advantage of either getting out of your contract or renegotiating the fees you pay since CBS created this by not releasing the transcripts of the 60 minute interview with VP Kamala Harris. It trickles down to you folks and that is a shame that your product gets hurt by their lack of complying with so many asking for the transcripts….. What are they hiding?… Its a simple interview is it not?? Wishing you folks the best.

Consumer Cellular Fees

September 23, 2024

Consumer Cellular, fees. Consumer Cellular, does not tell you about all the taxes . $20 dollar plan cost over $6 in tax. My last plan was $30 and $2.50 in taxes, its a rip off, that Consumer Cellular does not tell you about the taxes when you are buying a phone or changing service because all they want is your money and do not give good service.

Consumer Cellular Customer Service Issue

June 7, 2024

Why would you hurt your customers? I’m just out right oblivious to the fact that you took my money for a new iPhone 15 pro max 1tb, and also a Apple Ultra2 watch alongside of me signing a purchase contract for two devices to only tell me later that you made a mistake. This mistake was me not being with your company long enough so I needed to wait an additional six months before acquiring there payment plan and that they canceled my order and refunded the money back to my debit card. I spent four hours on the phone ordering the phone and watch to wake up the next morning and hearing that your order has been canceled. Then I called to rectify the situation with several employees and managers / supervisors to only be told sorry can’t help you as though they hadn’t made any mistakes. I feel like this is so unfair and unprofessional.

Consumer Cellular Login Issue

June 3, 2024

Account access hassle! I’ve always had good service except for this past weekend. On May 30th I attempted to access my account via app. The fingerprint login on suddenly disappeared and it asked me for a password which I forgot. So I followed the process to get a temporary password. The system wouldn’t send me one via text, so I called tech support (twice). Neither time could they help me. Still can’t reset my password and don’t have access to my account. Very frustrated! What is the issue?

Consumer Cellular Customer Service Issue

May 15, 2024

After 10 years with consumer cellular I’m switching to Verizon! I’ve been a faithful Consumer Cellular customer with 3 phones for my family for 10 years. My Motorola broke. I can’t possibly go into all of it because this has been ongoing for 3 weeks. I have been without a working phone for 3 weeks. The short version. My Motorola phone broke. I had insurance through Square Trade. They sent me a Nokia instead of a Motorola so I returned it. Consumer Cellular sent me a refurbished Motorola. It did not work. They then sent me another, same model Motorola, same problem , did not work. Third Motorola same issue. Three weeks with no phone service. Meanwhile I’m paying postage for the defective phones. Next, I decided to buy a Samsung and paid for expedited delivery $25.00. 1-2 days delivery. USPS tracking says label created. I ordered it yesterday and no one at Consumer Cellular can tell me why it’s not in transit. I have everything set up with Verizon. I just have to push the button to switch to them. I hate to leave Consumer C ellular but I am out of patience. This should have been resolved. I had surgery and am unable to set to a Target store.
