Dollar Tree Disappointing Return Issues

Stores don’t know/honor/follow the Dollar Tree return policy clearly posted on the Dollar Tree website. If you aren’t going to honor it, why have it. 😡 I’m so over Dollar Tree.

Dollar Tree Disappointing Shopping Experience

May 10, 2025

Dollar Tree, Hazards. My local Dollar Tree is horrible. I can’t shop because of all the boxes and racks that are sitting in the aisles. Just today, 5-9-25, I was in my local store and I could not get to anything that I needed because the aisles were jammed full of boxes and racks with inventory. It’s a fire hazard and no one can buy anything because we can’t get to it.

Dollar Tree Disappointing Customer Service

April 17, 2025

Dollar Tree, Everytime I go there, there is a little old lady named Rose working, well let me say she is No Rose, she gets very nasty and rude. I have heard them yelling at children who were a little loud, but the staff was louder than the children. The store is very dirty. Maybe I ‘ll let the FDA know about this.

Dollar Tree Marshall TX Disorganized Store

April 8, 2025

Dollar Tree, I don’t know what has happened to your stores. Every store I have been into lately is a mess. Freight is piled in carts blocking every isle. Shelves are empty with only one or two employees working. Customers are frustrated because, they can’t get down the isles and when they do get through the merchandise they wanted is not there. You have the most disorganized mess in retail history. Have you ever thought of having an overnight manager with a couple associates stock the shelves and be customer ready by morning? This surely should increase the sales.

Dollar Tree Jacksonville FL Disappointing Experience

March 25, 2025

Dollar Tree, Horrible Experience! I briefly walked into the Dollar Tree in Jacksonville Florida, 2321 Mayport Road, to browse around while I waited for my girlfriend. As I was purchasing a small trinket, the “store manager” Sean Robertson approached me and accused me of shoplifting. I was completely blindsided by his unprofessional tactless demeanor. He was extremely rude and inappropriate. As I was removing everything in my pockets to prove my innocence, his reply was “oh don’t worry I’ll let you go this time but don’t come back.” I was like What Is Going On, let me go??? Are you kidding me. Not only was he way out of line, but he ridiculed me making fun of my uncontrollable essential tremor I experience under stress. It was so humiliating. This employee demonstrated the highest level of unethical, despicable and cruel conduct and should be immediately Fired!
