Enterprise Corporate Office: Headquarters, Address and Phone

🗨  Comments

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is part of Enterprise Mobility, a privately held mobility company based in the St. Louis, Missouri area. Customers often search for the Enterprise corporate office, Enterprise corporate address, Enterprise headquarters, Enterprise Rent-A-Car corporate office, Enterprise rental corporate office, or Enterprise headquarters address when they need help with a rental complaint, billing dispute, reservation problem, roadside issue, branch experience, Enterprise Plus account, receipt, damage claim, business rental, truck rental, car sales issue, or unresolved manager follow-up.

The Enterprise corporate office is useful for formal correspondence, but most rental, receipt, reservation, roadside, Enterprise Plus, and branch-level issues should begin with Enterprise support, the renting location, the Enterprise app, or the correct specialty department.

Enterprise Corporate Office Phone Number, Corporate Address and Headquarters

Enterprise Holdings, Inc. / Enterprise Mobility
600 Corporate Park Drive
St. Louis, MO 63105
USA

The old page listed Enterprise’s home office at 600 Corporate Park Drive in St. Louis and that remains the correct Enterprise headquarters address commonly associated with Enterprise Holdings, Inc. and Enterprise Mobility. The company now uses Enterprise Mobility as its corporate brand, while Enterprise Rent-A-Car remains the rental-car brand most customers use.

The fax number previously listed, 1-314-512-4706, should not be treated as a customer or rental-support phone number. Use the correct Enterprise phone number for the issue involved.

Choose the Correct Enterprise Support Route

The best Enterprise contact route depends on whether the issue involves a car rental, truck rental, Enterprise Plus account, receipt, roadside assistance, branch complaint, billing issue, damage claim, disability accommodation, business rental, fleet account, or car sales purchase.

For an active roadside emergency, do not wait for a corporate response. Move to a safe location if possible and contact Enterprise roadside assistance immediately.

What to Have Before Contacting Enterprise

Enterprise can usually review an issue faster when the customer provides rental, branch, payment, and vehicle details.

  • Rental agreement or contract number
  • Reservation number
  • Enterprise Plus member number, if applicable
  • Renting branch location
  • Pickup and return dates
  • Vehicle make, model, license plate, or unit number
  • Receipt or invoice
  • Credit card or bank statement showing the charge, submitted only through secure support channels
  • Photos of fuel level, mileage, vehicle condition, damage, cleanliness, or warning lights
  • Roadside assistance case number, if applicable
  • Damage claim number, if applicable
  • Names or titles of employees, managers, or departments contacted
  • Dates and times of prior calls, emails, branch visits, or chats
  • The specific resolution requested

Do not publish complete payment-card numbers, driver’s-license numbers, full addresses, rental agreement numbers, insurance claim details, phone numbers, employee personal information, or other private details in a public review.

Enterprise Reservation and Vehicle Availability Complaints

Reservation complaints may involve a vehicle not being available as promised, a different class of car being offered, a branch calling shortly before pickup, a changed pickup location, a denied rental, or a branch refusing to rent after a dispute.

When reporting an Enterprise reservation issue:

  1. Save the original reservation confirmation.
  2. Record the pickup location, pickup time, vehicle class, and rate.
  3. Keep any text, email, voicemail, or call record from the branch.
  4. Ask the branch to explain the reason the reserved vehicle was unavailable or the rental was denied.
  5. Request a manager review if the issue caused travel disruption.
  6. Call Enterprise support at 1-855-266-9565 if the branch cannot resolve the issue.
  7. Ask for a case or reference number.

If a branch says it will not rent to you, ask whether the decision is tied to payment method, driver’s license, age, deposit, prior rental history, behavior at the branch, local policy, vehicle availability, or another reason.

Enterprise Billing, Deposit and Receipt Complaints

Billing complaints may involve deposits, holds, duplicate charges, fuel charges, late returns, additional days, mileage charges, tolls, damage fees, cleaning fees, optional protection products, upgrade charges, or a receipt that does not match the expected total.

Enterprise’s receipt tools can help customers locate many recent receipts online. If a recent receipt cannot be found, Enterprise directs customers to call 1-855-266-9565 or contact the renting location.

When disputing an Enterprise charge:

  1. Download or request the rental receipt.
  2. Compare the final receipt with the reservation and rental agreement.
  3. Identify the exact charge being disputed.
  4. Check whether the charge is pending or fully posted.
  5. Keep photos of fuel level, mileage, and vehicle condition when relevant.
  6. Ask the branch to review the charge first if it was branch-specific.
  7. Call Enterprise support if the branch does not resolve the issue.
  8. Ask for written confirmation of any refund, adjustment, or correction.

Do not assume a promised refund is complete until it appears on the bank or card statement.

Enterprise Roadside Assistance and Vehicle Problems

Enterprise roadside complaints may involve a breakdown, dead battery, flat tire, warning light, mechanical issue, accident, locked vehicle, unsafe condition, towing delay, replacement vehicle, or trouble reaching roadside assistance.

  • Enterprise Car Rental roadside assistance: 1-800-307-6666
  • Enterprise Truck Rental roadside assistance: 1-888-736-8287 and select the roadside option

Before driving away, customers should inspect:

  • Fuel level
  • Mileage
  • Tires
  • Windshield and mirrors
  • Lights and signals
  • Interior cleanliness
  • Exterior scratches, dents, and damage
  • Warning lights
  • Registration and rental paperwork
  • Spare tire or emergency equipment when applicable

Take photos or video before leaving the branch. If the vehicle seems unsafe, report the issue immediately and ask for another vehicle before driving.

Enterprise Damage Claims and Accident Issues

Damage claims may involve scratches, dents, windshield damage, tires, interior damage, accidents, towing, third-party claims, insurance paperwork, loss-of-use charges, administrative fees, or disputes about whether damage existed before pickup.

When reporting a damage or accident issue:

  • Notify Enterprise promptly.
  • Follow the instructions in the rental agreement.
  • Contact emergency services if there is an accident, injury, unsafe vehicle, or legal requirement.
  • Take photos of the vehicle, scene, damage, mileage, and license plate.
  • Keep the rental agreement and receipt.
  • Get a police report or incident report when applicable.
  • Ask Enterprise for a claim number or damage recovery contact.
  • Contact your insurer or credit-card coverage provider if applicable.
  • Keep all letters, emails, estimates, and claim notices.

If you dispute a damage claim, organize your evidence around the pickup inspection, return inspection, photos, timestamps, branch notes, prior damage report, and the condition of the vehicle when received.

Enterprise Plus Account Help

Enterprise Plus is the company’s loyalty program. Customers may search for 866-507-6222 because that is the Enterprise Plus Member Services number.

Enterprise Plus issues may involve:

  • Forgotten member number
  • Password reset problems
  • Email address not matching the account
  • Missing points
  • Rental not credited
  • Reward redemption problems
  • Profile completion issues
  • Account locked or unable to sign in
  • Wrong name, email, or contact information

For Enterprise Plus account help, call 1-866-507-6222. This number is intended for Enterprise Plus customers with loyalty-account issues, not general rental complaints.

Enterprise Customers with Disabilities

Enterprise provides a support route for customers with disabilities and customers requesting adaptive driving devices. The company’s accessibility information says customers can call 1-866-225-4284 for disability-related rental questions.

Disability-related rental concerns may involve:

  • Adaptive driving devices
  • Hand controls
  • Left-foot accelerators
  • Pedal extenders
  • Steering knobs
  • Surrogate drivers
  • Service animal questions
  • Accessible rental-service concerns
  • Branch handling of disability-related requests

Enterprise may require advance notice for some adaptive driving devices depending on the location. If a disability accommodation is essential, confirm the request in writing and contact the renting branch before pickup.

Enterprise Truck Rental, Business Rental and Fleet Issues

Enterprise also operates truck rental, business rental, fleet management, car sales, exotic rentals, car sharing, commuting, and other mobility services. These issues may not be handled by the same team as a normal airport or neighborhood car rental.

Common business and specialty issues include:

  • Enterprise Truck Rental reservations
  • Business rental billing
  • Corporate account questions
  • Fleet management account issues
  • Damage claims involving trucks
  • Long-term business rentals
  • Commercial vehicle availability
  • Car sales paperwork or title questions
  • Exotic Car Collection reservations
  • CarShare account access

Use the support route connected to the specific Enterprise brand or service. Keep business account numbers, contracts, branch information, invoices, vehicle information, and prior case numbers.

Enterprise Branch, Employee and Manager Complaints

Branch-level complaints may involve employee conduct, vehicle availability, denied rental, deposit explanation, vehicle cleanliness, branch closing time, local policies, insurance-replacement rentals, third-party bookings, or difficulty reaching a manager.

When reporting a branch complaint:

  1. Contact the renting branch first.
  2. Ask for the branch manager or area manager if the issue is significant.
  3. Keep the rental agreement, receipt, reservation, photos, and call records.
  4. Write a brief timeline of what happened.
  5. State the specific resolution being requested.
  6. Call Enterprise support at 1-855-266-9565 if the branch does not resolve the issue.
  7. Escalate in writing only after branch and support options have not resolved the problem.

For issues involving discrimination, threats, unsafe vehicles, serious safety concerns, or allegations of fraud, document the facts carefully and consider outside complaint options when appropriate.

How to Escalate an Enterprise Complaint

  1. Identify the issue type. Determine whether the issue involves a car rental, branch, receipt, billing charge, Enterprise Plus account, roadside issue, damage claim, truck rental, business rental, or car sales purchase.
  2. Start with the branch or correct support team. The renting location usually has the rental contract and vehicle history.
  3. Use the official phone route. Call 1-855-266-9565 for many rental questions after a rental, or use the specialty number connected to the issue.
  4. Keep documentation. Save rental agreements, receipts, photos, emails, texts, case numbers, and branch names.
  5. Ask for manager review. Request review by the branch manager, area manager, damage recovery team, roadside team, or loyalty-account specialist depending on the issue.
  6. Request a case number. Ask Enterprise support for a reference number when available.
  7. Use the Enterprise corporate address for formal correspondence. Send copies, not originals, of important documents.
  8. Use outside complaint options when needed. Rental, billing, damage, disability, insurance, fraud, or consumer-protection disputes may involve a card issuer, state attorney general, insurance company, consumer-protection office, small claims court, or another appropriate agency.

What to Include in a Written Enterprise Complaint

  • Rental agreement or contract number
  • Reservation number
  • Renting branch location
  • Pickup and return dates
  • Vehicle information
  • Receipt or disputed charge
  • Enterprise Plus number, partially masked when appropriate
  • Roadside, claim, or case number, if applicable
  • Names or titles of branch employees or managers contacted
  • A short timeline of what happened
  • Photos, receipts, screenshots, or letters
  • The exact resolution requested

Do not publish complete rental agreement numbers, payment-card numbers, driver’s-license numbers, insurance claim details, home addresses, phone numbers, employee personal information, or other private information in a public review.

Enterprise Reviews and Complaints

Recent reviews submitted to CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com describe both complaint and compliment themes involving Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations.

Current review themes include:

  • Reservation and vehicle availability complaints: One reviewer said a vehicle reserved for a family vacation was not available shortly before pickup, leading to frustration and a denied rental dispute.
  • Branch employee conduct concerns: A reviewer described disagreement with how a branch handled a tense reservation conversation.
  • Unwanted text messages after a quote request: One reviewer said they requested a quote but kept receiving rental-related texts and could not easily reach a supervisor.
  • Positive branch-level service: Several reviewers praised individual Enterprise employees and branch managers for resolving vehicle-size issues, helping during insurance-replacement rentals, and recovering a forgotten item.
  • Manager follow-up: Reviews show that customers want clear escalation when a branch-level issue is not resolved quickly.

These reviews represent individual customer experiences and do not prove that every Enterprise customer will have the same result. Outcomes may depend on the branch, vehicle availability, rental agreement, payment method, insurance-replacement process, behavior at pickup, documentation, and support route used.

Customers submitting new reviews should identify the Enterprise location, approximate rental date, issue type, support route used, whether a manager or case number was provided, and whether Enterprise resolved the issue.

Enterprise Disappointing Customer Service

March 21, 2026

Enterprise, Disappointing call from Enterprise on day of pick up. I reserved a car for family vacation, family came from 2 states so I rented car so we all can be in one car. On day of pick up 10 am got call 9 am car rented for 6 adults was not available. I was very disappointed and upset I told them I would like to compensate some kind way. I was upset and I voiced it. But I never called the representative out of her name. We got there to pick up car and was told they will not rent to us because I cursed. I did not. Enterprise was unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. When I was there they had many issues going on. I can not deal with this terrible customer service.

July 24, 2025

Enterprise, I wanted to give a shout out to Lucy in Woonsocket RI! I had received a rental earlier in the day at my autobody and realized it was too small to accommodate my family. I went to the local branch and was greeted by Lucy who understood the issue and fixed it in a matter of minutes! She was able to get me right into a larger vehicle and made the process seamless! Thank you, Lucy! She now has a customer for life!

Enterprise, Rented a vehicle in a suburb outside Detroit. The service was beyond excellent. Enterprise Bossier City LA Enterprise Excellent Customer Service

June 4, 2025

Enterprise, Exceptional Customer Service at Bossier City Enterprise Location – Malori Young and Joseph Moses. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received at your Bossier City location (3315 E Texas St, Ste 3, LA 71111) while my car was being repaired at the Yokem Toyota Collision Department. My experience was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the dedication of Ms. Malori Young, Branch Rental Manager, and Mr. Joseph Moses. From the moment I arrived, Malori went above and beyond to assist me in selecting the perfect rental vehicle for my family’s needs. Her patience and helpfulness were immediately apparent, and when a minor issue arose, she resolved it with remarkable speed and efficiency. Her commitment to ensuring my complete satisfaction was truly impressive and turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive one. My experience with Mr. Joseph upon returning the vehicle was equally positive. His professionalism and attentiveness were exemplified by his thoughtful call regarding my garage door opener, which I had inadvertently left in the rental. His proactive approach and willingness to secure my property until my return were incredibly refreshing. During our brief conversation, I learned of Joseph’s service in the U.S. Army Reserve. As a retired U.S. Army senior noncommissioned officer, I commended him on his dedication and potential for a bright future through continued service. As a senior government official at Barksdale Air Force Base, I recognize and deeply value effective leadership and dedicated service. Malori possesses a remarkable ability to connect with people and inspire confidence. Her positive attitude and problem-solving skills are truly exceptional. She clearly fosters a positive and productive environment within her team, empowering them to excel. Because of this overwhelmingly positive experience, Enterprise will undoubtedly be my first choice for future rental needs. I sincerely hope that Malori and Joseph receive the recognition they deserve for their outstanding contributions to your company. They are truly assets to Enterprise, and their dedication exemplifies the highest standards of customer service. Thank you for providing such a positive and customer-focused experience.

Enterprise Disappointing Experience

June 3, 2025

Enterprise, Worst customer service. I called to get a quote on a rental, they took my information–kept sending me texts on a “Rental” of which I did not rent a car from them, but just wanted a quote. They keep sending me texts, (I did Not rent a car), I call a number, they send me to Guatemala, of which the person I am talking to can’t figure out that I don’t have a reservation or pick up date. I tell him to quit sending me texts–he can’t figure that out. No supervisor or manager to speak to. Enterprise just lost me and all my corporate accounts business; Period.
