Fred Loya Frustrating Claim Issue

Fred Loya, Worst service ever. I filed a claim or the Ford dealer. Got the ball rolling. Mailed a check, for the dealer 2 weeks later the body shop manager went to see the truck and gave a estimate for the damage of the rear of the truck not the front. When I receive the check, I gave it to the Ford dealer since they started the claim and was approved by them. Two months later I had to pay to get the truck towed to the body shop to get fixed, then was told by the supplement dept { 3 people later } Miguel something said since no damage to the front was noticeable they are not paying for the front and have no record of any damage to the front or dealer. Talk to adjuster and said its notated the I hit an animal, and its out of her hands talk to supplement. The adjusters manager will not take or call me back, supplement Miguel wont talk to me at all and said basically I was a lier and my claim went from hitting an animal to a blown tire and thats it. Dealership called them also and told them everything all over again and said lies. So now they want me to pay $3300 at the body shop and $1600 at the Ford dealership.

Fred Loya Insurance Staff Unhelpful

I called several telephone numbers but couldn’t reach anyone who could help me file a complaint against the unhelpful staff who didn’t provide towing information. Even when I went to their office to explain the issue, they either took my money without helping or asked me to pay more.
