Genesis Headliner Issue

Genesis, Headliner Rattle. I bought a used 2022 Genesis 80 with 28,000 miles. I have had it for about 10 months. All this time the headliner ( not the sunroof ) has cracked and rattled when the car gets in a twist or going over bumps! I have taken to my dealer and they say the car has to flex. Fine. Let it flex, but is the headliner suppose to make excessive noises?

Genesis 2025 GV80 Coupe Terrible Feature

Genesis, 2025 GV80 Coupe. With A/C on S&G is good for 30 seconds. With A/C off S&G works ~2.5 minutes. Florida traffic lights can be over two minutes by design. We need A/C. My last 2022 MB E450 Had this feature and it worked with A/C ON. Genesis is trying to be in the same league but not with this poor design. Car magazines, like the Genesis but give them poor grades for mpg. This feature of Genesis S&G is below Genesis. Had a flawless 2018 g80 where everything worked. Unless I hear from you I will make a YouTube video highlighting this problem.

Genesis Connected Service Issue

Genesis, The connected service worked previously on my car. I performed all software updates and provided all information requested by the engineers. It still doesn’t work. I refused to continue paying for a non-working service. A national consumer affairs manager told me that Genesis could not work on getting connected services fixed on my car unless I paid for the non-working service while they work on it. She said that there is no other way the corporation can fix its problem. Why does the Genesis corporation have a policy that forces the customer to pay to fix its own system problem? How can I get this system problem fixed by Genesis without having to pay them to do it? I will gladly pay for a service that is functioning properly but will not buy it first, to get it working.

Genesis Significant Flaws Issues

Genesis, Nice Vehicle with Some Significant Flaws. Six months ago I purchased a 2024 GV-80 Prestige model. While I there is much about the car I like, I am disappointed with several aspects. The rotary shift control is the worst feature of the vehicle. Whoever implemented this feature should be fired and banned from the automotive industry. Second, the GPS map only displays traffic on occasion. I have a friend with an inexpensive Ford product that clearly displays traffic continuously. My GV-80 was delivered with the rear seat climate control feature not working. I recently attempted to schedule routine service and was given a date five weeks out. Finally, my last payment to Genesis finance of $262.76 was due this month. Even though the payoff balance was $262.76 you deducted $462.75. When I called about this I was told I would get a refund check at some point. My next vehicle will be an Audi Q7.
