Verizon, Billed for iPad sent back. I’ve spent hours days on this billing issue!! The iPad in question has been sent back and Verizon is still charging me for🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Verizon, Enough! Can I send You a bill? My issue is wrong info- repeatedly- in the Annapolis store. I was told my deal was $5/mo for 15 pro. I was in store every month for 4 months. At one point there were 3 people together talking. I asked them for help. I was told they were managers and I had to wait for a sales person. Today customer service tried to call them and they didn’t answer. When I got to store, customer service called me back and the 1 person there with 10 people waiting and the manager wouldn’t speak to her. Such poor, rude service.

Verizon, Very poor customer service/antiquated customer support. Returned a faulty Gateway Box and discovered how poorly managed Verizon is and why doesn’t management fix the situation.

I visited a Verizon store in Houston for a “free upgrade,” which ended up costing $136. The staff member I dealt with, whose name was Tellisa (not sure of the spelling), was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. The customer service was appalling, and I suspect I was overcharged. After nearly two hours of frustration, I decided to return the new phone. When I asked for a manager, I was told he had just left, but they claimed to have spoken to him on the phone—another apparent lie. The next day, I returned to the store since they never answer their phone. I spoke to Augustin, the manager, who was equally dismissive and rude. He claimed to already know the whole situation, even though he hadn’t spoken to me directly. The assistant manager was allegedly in the back but never came out to address my concerns. This experience was highly disappointing. The staff seemed more focused on misleading customers than providing honest service. I will not return to this location, and I warn others to watch for hidden charges and poor customer service.

Verizon, Lousy service. Held on the phone this morning for at least 2 hours. Never got to the right person. A girl named Abby said she would call back before 12 about a service call. Nothing I am about ready to cancel. All you have are recordings what happen to customer service???
