Jack in the Box, Went to Jack in the Box in Calimesa, CA. I ordered the # 6 Jumbo Jack w/Cheese & Onion Rings. When I recieved my order I couldn’t believe how small the burger was. I thought it might be just that particular restaurant. The following week I went to the Banning Jack in the Box and ordered the same meal. Again I received my meal with a very small burger was. And almost $12 for the #6 …. joke. Won’t be going back to Jack.

Jack in the Box, Concerning Transaction. Hello. I visited the store on Mountain Ave in Ontario, CA yesterday. I was charged $13.79 and paid cash ($14.00, receiving .21 change.) My receipt shows a total of $14.44 charged to a credit card. This is a concerning practice amongst the employees that should be investigated.

Jack in the Box, Every Jack in the Box I’ve Been To The Last 2 Years. I’ve been traveling between San Antonio and Dallas quite often for the last 2 years. I’ve found the Jack in the Box location you have in San Marcos, TX off I-35 generates the best food. The Jack in the Box I’ve come across in Waco, Dallas, Italy, and a few others have found across the board a lack in customer service or attention as well as food quality (old tea, burn’t mini tacos, old condiments (visual)). I love Jack in the Box but since my travels, the location in San Marcos, TX is the Only Jack in the Box I will go to, any others I would make a different choice is fast food service. Being from a Customer Service background, I can say with experience that your company is Struggling overall in taking care of your customers. At least from what I’ve seen.
