Jack in the Box Frustrating App Issue

Jack in the Box, APP not working! On Feb 12, I stopped at 27256 HWY 74, Menifee and placed an order on the A paid with Apple Pay and it said payment failed. Tried again and again it said payment failed. I checked my bank and both payments were charged to my bank. Two charges of $22.89! I finally ordered over the counter and she was kind enough to give me my drinks for free. I filed a claim with my bank. Jack-in-the-Box APP has horrible customer service.

Jack in the Box, Well, I have been Jacked again! I have decided not to frequent that location in my neighborhood again, and I will be contacting the manager. I often go there for breakfast on my way to work, and it is just 2 blocks from my house. Well, so I purchased a Jumbo Breakfast combo. Normally the customer service is great in the afternoon and early evening. I think it’s partly because I am a teacher, and a few of the workers know me from school. 😊 However, the adults in the early morning hours appear to be lacking customer service etiquette. I have decided not to purchase breakfast there again. So, I have attached a photo of my breakfast. Totally lacking any resemblance to what is advertised on the website. I spent over $10 for this breakfast combo, and it was not worth it at all.

Jack in the Box, Issue with milkshakes at Jack in the Box, Stevenston, Fremont, Ca by old Outback Steak House. I paid, $14.24 for 2 milkshakes, in partial container, no whip cream or cherry. I asked the gal what happened is the machine broken? She said, “They ran out of whip cream and cherries.” I went there 2/13/25. She didn’t give me a receipt. The milkshake looked flat. Jack in the Box service is going down. The container wasn’t even filled nice.

Jack in the Box, Terrible manager. Rude. Dismissive. Looked bothered I am often in his drive-thru. Didn’t acknowledge my greeting. There were no other cars in the drive-thru at that time. He needs a refresher that he’s paid to do customer service. Even if he doesn’t like his job. I’m empathetic towards people’s moods but he was atrociously unaccountable for his attitude.

Jack in the Box, Milkshake machine never works. Our Mabank Texas Jack in the Box never has milkshakes. They are always “cleaning” the machine. Been two years now.
