Kia Address and Name Update

The older version of this page listed the Kia corporate office address as 11 Peters Canyon Rd., Irvine, CA 92606. Current Kia America information points to 111 Peters Canyon Road, Irvine, CA 92606. This update corrects the missing “1” in the street number and uses the current Kia America corporate office address.

The old page also used the Kia Motors name. Kia Motors America is now known as Kia America. Many people still search for Kia Motors headquarters, Kia Motors corporate office, Kia North America headquarters, or Kia USA headquarters, but the current U.S. corporate name is Kia America, Inc.

Choose the Correct Kia Support Route

Before contacting Kia headquarters, choose the support route that best matches your issue. A dealer service problem, warranty dispute, recall repair, finance issue, or roadside assistance concern may be handled faster through Kia Customer Care, the dealer, Kia Finance America, or the recall/warranty process before being escalated to the corporate office.

  • General customer care: Call 1-800-333-4542 or use the Kia Customer Care Center.
  • Dealer complaint: Start with the dealer’s service manager or general manager, then contact Kia Customer Care if the dealer does not resolve the issue.
  • Warranty or repair dispute: Keep repair orders, diagnostic reports, photos, mileage, service history, and the dealer’s written decision.
  • Recall question: Use the Kia Owners recall page or NHTSA VIN lookup to check current safety recalls.
  • Kia anti-theft software or theft-related support: Use Kia’s official anti-theft support route or Customer Care.
  • Engine settlement or Theta II claim: Use Kia’s official Customer Care claim options or the applicable settlement administrator when relevant.
  • Kia Connect, app, or owner portal issue: Use the Kia Owners Portal and Kia Connect support route.
  • Kia Finance payment, title, repossession, or payoff issue: Contact Kia Finance America directly before escalating to Kia America corporate.
  • Roadside assistance: Call 1-800-333-4542 and follow the roadside assistance prompts.
  • Customer service number details: Visit the related CSN page for Kia customer service numbers.

What to Have Before Contacting Kia Corporate Office

Whether you are contacting Kia Customer Care, the Kia corporate office, a dealer, or Kia Finance, your issue is easier to review when you provide clear records. Do not post private VINs, loan numbers, license plates, addresses, payment details, or personal information in the public review section below.

  • Your vehicle year, model, trim, mileage, and VIN shared only with Kia or the dealer privately
  • The Kia dealer name, location, service advisor, and manager involved
  • Repair orders, warranty claim numbers, diagnostic reports, inspection notes, and service history
  • Recall campaign number, customer care case number, or settlement claim number if available
  • Photos, videos, warning-light images, or app screenshots when relevant
  • Dates and times of calls, dealer visits, towing, roadside assistance, or service appointments
  • Kia Finance account records if the issue involves payments, repossession, payoff, title, or lease-end matters
  • A short timeline of what happened and the resolution you are requesting

How to Escalate a Kia Complaint

If your issue has not been resolved by the dealer, Kia Customer Care, Kia Finance, or the recall/warranty route, escalate the complaint in a documented way. A concise written timeline with repair orders, dates, mileage, and the requested resolution is usually more effective than repeated calls without records.

  1. Start with the dealer. Ask for the service manager, general manager, or owner when the issue involves repair quality, warranty denial, parts delay, or poor service.
  2. Open a Kia Customer Care case. Call 1-800-333-4542 or use the Kia Customer Care Center to create a written record.
  3. Save all records. Keep repair orders, photos, warranty decisions, call notes, tow receipts, diagnostic results, and emails.
  4. Ask for escalation. Request review by a customer care supervisor, regional service representative, warranty specialist, recall specialist, or finance escalation team depending on the issue.
  5. Write to Kia headquarters. For unresolved U.S. corporate-level concerns, send written correspondence to Kia America, Inc., 111 Peters Canyon Road, Irvine, CA 92606.
  6. Use outside routes when appropriate. For safety defects, file a complaint with NHTSA. For financing or credit reporting issues, consider the CFPB. For lemon law or warranty disputes, review your state’s process or speak with a qualified attorney.

Kia Warranty, Engine and Repair Complaints

Warranty and repair disputes are common reasons people search for Kia headquarters or the Kia corporate office USA. Complaints may involve engine failure, oil consumption, transmission issues, seat material defects, electrical problems, parts delays, denied warranty claims, diagnostic fees, or disagreement between a dealer and Kia Customer Care.

For warranty disputes, keep your repair orders, maintenance receipts, mileage records, dealer notes, photos, and all communications. If the dealer says Kia denied the claim, ask for the reason in writing and ask whether the claim can be reviewed by a regional service representative or warranty specialist.

Kia Recalls, Anti-Theft Support and Safety Complaints

Kia owners often contact headquarters about recalls, safety campaigns, engine concerns, anti-theft software updates, theft-related issues, and parts availability. Start by checking your VIN through the Kia Owners recall page and the NHTSA recall lookup. Recall eligibility can depend on model year, production date, VIN, campaign status, and prior repairs.

If you believe your vehicle has a safety defect that is not being resolved, document the concern and file a report with NHTSA. For Kia anti-theft software questions, use Kia’s official anti-theft support information and contact Kia Customer Care or an authorized Kia dealer.

Dealer Sales, Service and Repair Escalation

Many Kia complaints are dealer-specific rather than corporate-office-specific. These may include misleading sales promises, poor service communication, long repair delays, loaner vehicle disputes, diagnostic disagreements, warranty denial, recall scheduling problems, or a dealership refusing to assist after purchase.

Start with the dealer’s service manager or general manager. If the dealer does not resolve the issue, contact Kia Customer Care with the dealer name, repair order, dates, mileage, and the exact resolution you want. If the dispute involves pricing, financing, add-ons, or sales paperwork, keep the buyer’s order, retail installment contract, lease documents, and written messages from the salesperson or finance office.

Kia Finance, Repossession, Title and Payment Issues

Finance complaints should usually be directed to Kia Finance America or the lender listed on your contract. These issues may involve payments, late fees, payoff quotes, repossession, impound release, lease-end charges, title delays, credit reporting, or account access.

If your concern involves repossession, an impounded vehicle, payment instructions, payoff, or a title release, document every call and ask for written confirmation. If the issue involves credit reporting or a consumer finance dispute, you may also consider filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Kia Canada Corporate Office

For Canadian customers, Kia Canada Inc. is separate from Kia America. Kia Canada is commonly listed at 180 Foster Crescent, Mississauga, Ontario L5R 4J5. Canadian owners should use Kia Canada’s official contact routes for recalls, warranty questions, customer experience, and owner support.

Unfamiliar Kia Charges and Scam Warnings

If you see an unfamiliar Kia, Kia Finance, dealer, parts, warranty, roadside, app, or service charge on your statement, compare it with your repair orders, finance account, dealership invoices, maintenance plan, Kia Connect account, or recent service visits. Contact the dealer, Kia Finance, or Kia Customer Care if you do not recognize the charge.

You can also use ChargeOnMyCard.com to research confusing charge names. For fake Kia recall notices, phishing texts, fake warranty calls, theft-software scams, fake parts websites, or fake customer support numbers, visit ThinkItsAScam.com.

Current review themes on CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com include dealer escalation problems, finance and repossession confusion, warranty and engine repair complaints, oil consumption disputes, service delays, Kia Customer Care frustration, seat material or interior-quality issues, advertising complaints, and difficulty getting a response from corporate-level contacts.

These reviews are individual customer experiences and may not represent every Kia dealer, service manager, warranty representative, finance account, vehicle, or customer care interaction. When sharing a review, describe the general issue and outcome, but do not post private VINs, loan numbers, license plates, phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, or payment details.

Kia Disappointing Finance Experience

June 2, 2025

My husband owns a Kia Rio and was bought for our daughter. She then couldn’t afford it and the car was repoed. We paid to get it out of impound and followed the Exact directions Kia had told us to to make an appointment to pick it up and hour away. When we payed to get it out of jail I asked numerous times if it was still in the location they had told us. Fast forward to a week later and we meet our appointment date, called the place where it was to verify Again. Yup it’s here. We wait 45 Minutes and watched them circle around only for my husband to go in and they tell him “We Can’t Find It”…………… Called Kia multiple times to confirm and they tell us yes, it should be there that’s what is in our system. Guess What…..it’s in a whole different town 4 Hours away from where we live. We took off work, drove a total of 2 hours to not get back our car that Kia said was there. But guess what, they won’t budge on bringing the car back to where it was suppose to be. I will Never own a Kia again because the finance place is a joke. We will be taking off another day to go get our car……..and lose 2 daily wages again! I hope this gets to the right person!

Kia Optima Disappointing Repair Experience

June 1, 2025

Kia, Optima burning oil. We had purchased Kia optima 2015, after 80K milage it started to burn oil when we called dealership, they said Kia has extended warranty for engine replacement. We started the process (Southwest Kia Mesquite) and later they started to ask for all the oil change receipt/proof and gave us hard time. At the end since we were missing two receipts, they declined it by saying lack of maintenance. The overall service was bad they had car for three weeks in dealership and no proper response. We had to keep on calling them for update. If they know car is burning oil after certain mileage and have extended warranty, then I don’t know why they are not fixing it. I had problem few years back with trunk latch too and fixed it myself and Kia is recently doing recall and fixing trunk latch. Kia do not want to take responsibility, communicate with consumers and fix issues at all.

Kia Unresolved Disappointing Seat Tear Issue

May 29, 2025

Kia, Torn seam on passenger seat 2024 Kia Sportage SX Prestige. The passenger seat on the vehicle has torn at the seam. The car has 14,800 miles and the dealer has refused to replace the cover or repair it. They claim that I damaged the seat which is not true. I have read of many complaints by Kia owners of the same issue. In fact, I was told by the service manager at my dealership, Kis Mall Of GA, that he could not understand why they would not fix it because he had seen many seat seam tearing issues with Sportages and Sorrentos. I complained to Kia customer service and that was a joke. They said they reviewed the claim and no further action would be taken. I offered to send them photos but they refused. I sent photos of the damage to a repair expert who also stated he had seen similar damage to other Kia’s and stated that the material had lost its elasticity.

I would think twice about purchasing another KIA product.
