Kinney Corporate Office Headquarters 

Inability to use OTC or spendables cards at Kinney Drugs. I have been requesting Kinney Drugs in Gouverneur, NY on Clinton Street to get Kinney Corporate to put in the proper request to Wellcare so I can use my spendables card. They always say they are working on it but it is especially difficult to get the use of the money my insurance provider gives me with my Spendables Card I am disabled and walk with a walker and I have used Kinneys on Clinton Street in Gouverneur because they are close to my home and because they deliver to my area twice a week. But, the only place I can use my Spendables Card is Walmart which is 30 minutes North of me and not very convenient especially in the Winter when I drive less, as I am also 78 years old and the do not have a drive-through for medications and it is a huge store which often does not have enough electric carts so lots of times I cannot shop because they few electric carts they have are all in use. Very disciminatory to disabled and elderly people.

I ordered a prescription online and was told that I needed it to be renewed.

My renewal was sent to Kinney’s in Richfield Springs as it always has been.

I went to pick up the prescription and was told that it had been filled elsewhere, I asked where, they couldn’t tell. I contacted my insurance and and was told the doctor would have to cancel the prescription and resend to Kinney’s. They did this, and was told that they still couldn’t fill my script because it was already filled. Ever since Jim has retired as head pharmacist, this store has seemingly gone down hill in the pharmacy area. I rarely see the same pharmacist, and never get the same answer about being contacted for when prescriptions are ready. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I called my meds in at 7:40 am yesterday morning. I got there at 6:45 pm last night nothing was ready and they told me it would be ready at noon well this medicine I can’t go without at all. It always happens that no matter what time I go they tell me to be there.

I know that nothing will be done about my story for everyone. I recently went to Kinney’s like I do every other week for my prescriptions, and as always it is never ready when I get there when they say over the phone that it is, well I’m sick and tired of my prescriptions are never friggin ready, I usually have to wait almost an hour for it every friggin time. The Kinney’s better start doing some kind of remedy for this, because I will keep posting bad stuff about the store every friggin week, so tell your employees to do there jobs better or get better pharmacists.

My Kinney’s won’t fill prescriptions for my husband. I had a little spat with them now they won’t fill his prescriptions, I need them today. HELP please.
