Reach LA Fitness Corporate Office 

Classes are great. Zumba especially. Need more step classes added to New Corp Location (Staten Island) but the y need to have the AC fixed. It has been over 1 week and no AC. It is unhealthy to exercise in the excessive hear NYC is experiencing. I went last Tuesday and suffered from extreme heat exhausting. Please call this location and find out what is going on? The gym is clean. Plenty of machines. Good gym just no AC.

I had the worst experience at LA Fitness in Pennsylvania this morning. Another member harassed me and a friend, sat on me, and used extremely foul language. After witnessing the situation and employees expressing that this man has caused issues previously, LA Fitness is allowing him to stay as a member. LA Fitness does not care about the safety of its members. Even though I did nothing to start the incident, I am forced to cancel my membership since LA Fitness does not care about the safety of a member. I will be telling everyone about the safety issues at LA Fitness. I guess they just encourage bad behavior and reward that person for not taking any action.

Hello. I have had a membership at LA Fitness for 1 year. I have used the membership only 1 time in that time frame. I’ve came in multiple times to cancel and call over the phone. I do not have reliable transportation to get into your location at the preferred times. If you could please reimburse me for my past year and cancel my membership I would appreciate it. I have a medical condition that is being ignored by a training coordinator/employee at LA Fitness in Jupiter Fl. My medical condition consists of “Degeneration of lumbar intervertebral disc (doctors’ diagnosis 5-8-23 appointment)” with regard to cancellation and refund of a training contract. Several weeks back I joined LA Fitness in Jupiter FL as a part of my silver sneakers program. Tony took my membership and signed me up for a training session focused on my core muscles and other muscles associated with the strengthening of my lower back. At that time, I informed Tony I have a bad back (disc 4&5 fused by surgery, disc 3&4 fused naturally). A small sample session transpired with the trainer and everything appeared as though the program could be helpful. After participating in the first session, I encountered severe pain in my lower back (disc 5&6 which took two weeks to subside using steroids and 50MG Tramadol), previously provided to me by my orthopedic surgeon.

Last week I contacted Tony and told him I cannot continue because of my back condition. Tony made a claim he had spoke to an orthopedic surgeon who said my condition was other than what I have stated and initially told Tony. With that seemingly false statement my patience grew thin and voice loud. I told Tony I was scheduled to see my orthopedic surgeon on 5-8-23 and would get back to him. Tony told me he would text me his cell number which I never received. When I tried to contact Tony this week through the trainer, whose cell number I have, the trainer said he would pass on the message for Tony to call me.

I have not received a call from Tony or a resolution for the cancellation of the training contract. Can someone please provide assistance to (1) cancel the contract, (2) refund the unused portion of the payment rendered for the first month with the LA Fitness trainer, which should be $225.00

I have been a member of the LA Fitness Center at Plano & Belt Line in Richardson, TX. for a number of years. On a recent visit, I noticed a large pothole in the parking lot. The hole was approximately 3 ft. long, 1 foot wide at the widest, and 3-4 inches deep. The pothole was situated in the parking lot where foot traffic made it an imminent safety hazard, especially at night. I spoke to a young man named Dustin, who said he was the regional manager, about the hazard. He said he would take care of the problem. On a subsequent visit, 3 days later, the pothole was still there and still a hazard. I spoke to a young man named Christian and relayed the same information. He said he would take care of it. Today, May 4, I went to work out and the pothole was still there. I spoke to Jordan, the club manager, and explained the safety hazard to her. She said she didn’t have the authority to take care of the problem. I work at Home Depot and we consider safety of paramount importance. Rather than wait for someone from the city or a rep from LA Fitness to fix the pothole, I went to the nearest Home Depot and purchased 3 bags of 1-inch gravel. I returned to my LA fitness and filled the pothole in a more than satisfactory manner. Pictures are available on request.

The repair should last for at least a month, probably longer.

I find it extremely unsatisfactory that no-one stepped up and made this safety hazard a priority. I would appreciate LA Fitness reimbursing me for the following –

3 Bags of 1-inch gravel – $19.42

1 gallon of gas – $2.92

1 hr. labor and expertise – $85.00
