Reach Marshalls Corporate Office Headquarters 

Marshalls, Dangerous overstocking. I love the Marshalls/Home Goods on FM 1960 @ 249 in Houston. But I can’t enjoy it anymore for fear I will break something or something will fall on me. The aisles are overstocked from the bottom to high shelf. It’s truly an accident waiting to happen then probably a law suit. Please don’t let this happen! It’s obvious that you need to find a bigger place. Fix it so I won’t worry about getting hurt by a falling dish etc.

I just left Marshall’s in Kapolei Oahu Hawaii and I just experienced the worst employee. Her name is Daysha ever you spell it!!! I work as a store manager and that was unacceptable. I asked her to price-check an item for me cause there were the same items on the floor that were marked down. I showed her the picture. She told me to zoom in, checked the numbers and she called for help over the walkie and quoted “It matches the numbers”… I asked her why wouldn’t it be the same if it was the same item. She said because of the weight and such but I told her it’s the same box with the same 8 packed. Then a manager came and told her to check a certain number now she said it doesn’t match. So I told her? Why didn’t you tell me that in the beginning? But the whole time mouthing me off. Saying I did tell you that!!! Then talking under her breath saying “Don’t come at me… “ still mouthing back acting like she’s not at work! Just say you don’t know what you’re don’t AND Customer service is not for everyone! I asked for her name abs left my $50+ items that I was going to purchase!!!

I was at the Marshals store today, and the lady by the name of Ella M.( possibly McCoy) her name tag also said- coordinator, was very nasty to me for absolutely no reason, unless someone can explain to me what I did that unnerved her to the point that she had rolled her eyes at me and made a face. I checked out and was walking toward the exit doors when I saw a rack with marked down items( yellow stickers) so I stopped to take a look, and she was next to it, so after a few seconds she jerked the rack around, and said that I can’t look at them, at that moment the customer came to her and she turned her attention from me, and I saw her rolling her eyes and making a face, so please someone explain to me what was the problem, then I glanced at her name tag and she yelled out her name, so I think the last name can be McCoy, but the first name is Ella, please explain to her that she can’t take out her bad mood on a customer. I’ve been in your store at 7244 US19 Pinellas Park, Florida 33781. I am sick a tired of going to your store in Pinellas Park, because the store manager talks to employees in another language, even though all of them speak English. Why?

I visited the Marshalls at Desert Ridge location in Phoenix, AZ. The lady that was working at the dressing room location was very rude and unprofessional when I asked her a question. I decided to just walk away and not get confrontation with her. Her on particular needs to be evaluated with her position if she is going to be in the public eye. What she did was uncalled for, if a consumer ask a question she needs to be polite no matter what that question is and be respectful.
