Nissan Woburn MA Service Department Not Responsive

September 10, 2024

Nissan, 2023 Pathfinder with only 8,600 miles. Bought on May 20, 2024 from this dealer “Certified” with only 7,000 miles, for a pretty penny as you can imagine. Made them aware of the problem with a couple of weeks. Alan Teyssedou,Fixed Operations Director, of Kelly Nissan of Woburn Ma, keeps telling me that it’s bumper deformation, when looking at the bracket tabs and the bumper loops from inside the engine compartment, on can clearly see that they are not snapped together. He sent the car to a body shop to, supposedly replace the brackets. The car came back with exactly the same problem. I pointed that out to Alan and I got the above mentioned explanation. From the looks of the brackets I am absolutely sure they were not replaced, additionally someone tried to glue one of the clips. What is lacking is the motivation and effort to have an expert shop take the issue seriously and put in the necessary work to correct the problem. I feel that I am getting the proverbial run around/brush off. He is supposedly putting in a claim for a new number which he tells me will be rejected. Anything that can be done from the Corporate office would be greatly appreciated. By the way l have been a loyal customer for decades and bought 3 new vehicles from Nissan besides this one.

Nissan DIsappointing Customer Service

December 27, 2024

Nissan, Differential Damaged. I am a single, struggling teacher and have been loyal to Nissan since 2016. I had a flat tire a couple weeks ago and put my spare tire on so I would be able to drive and get it repaired. I thought the spare tire Nissan Sold me was much smaller than the rest, but trusted that it would be okay, since I know little about cars. The next day, I drove 18 miles and my car started making noises and giving off a smell. I freaked out and called Roadside assistance to get my car and bring it to the closest shop. It turns out, that the spare tire they Sold Me, damaged my differential and axel because the wheel wasn’t spinning due to the size difference. This costed me 4,000!!!!I had a full inspection done when I had my oil change a month prior and I had no issues with my car. I filed a case for Nissan to cover the differential and axel that happened because of them and “wonderful” Richard McAnally told me that no “goodwill” could be offered to me because I did not regularly get my maintanance done with them. Mind you, maintanance had nothing to do with a differential giving out. This was due to them giving me the wrong spare. Also, I had my last three oil changes done by them in 2023 so I was confused by that statement. They wouldn’t even offer me a discount of any grace to what happened to my car Because Of Them. Richard was beyond rude and did not care about what I was going through at all. I explained to him how detremental this cost would be on my life moving forward and he had no sympathy what-so-ever. I almost brough my car to another shop before deciding with Nissan because they were Way cheaper, nicer, and offered me a 10% teacher discount. I still went with Nissan hoping they would be kind and help me out when this was fully avoidable. Nissan left a horrible taste in my mouth and I will never be purchasing a vehicle from them again.

Nissan Vehicle Title Issue

December 16, 2024

Nissan, Horrible Service. My son paid off his car in 2022. Has never received the title like they said he was in a car accident where the insurance company totaled his car, and he cannot get the insurance check until he gets the lien release, and we have asked 3 times for this from Nissan and 3 times all we do is get the run around. I am very upset and my son is without transportation to get back and forth to work. We will never buy another Nissan again. All they do is pass the buck.

Nissan 2022 Pathfinder Disappointing Issues

November 25, 2024

Nissan, After purchase they forget about customer. We bought a new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder that we thought would last at least 5 years (Wrong). When driving vehicle on a trip, the air conditioner or heat depending on weather would completely stop, also when approaching Pathfinder with key in pocket or purse doors would lock not unlock. This was my wife’s car which I became Leary of even letting her drive because of danger to her. I tried to get car repaired but original dealer said they would call and schedule repair and give me a loaner within 7 days, that was over two years ago. After numerous phone calls and being lied to, we decided to trade for a dependable car. I have nothing but disgust for your company and hopefully can reach as many people on social media as possible. Sorry about grammer but you shouldn’t mind it seems the way you run your company.

Nissan Dangerous Experience

November 20, 2024

Nissan, My control arm broke while driving on the freeway, putting my son and me in a life-threatening situation. Despite this serious issue, Nissan has refused to cover the repairs or provide a loaner car until their investigation is complete. They want me to go through my insurance instead of taking responsibility. Additionally, a corporate representative named Bernice was so rude during our conversation that I had to hang up. My car is only two months old, purchased in August 2024. After this experience, I will not be buying another vehicle from Nissan.
