Nissan Woburn MA Service Department Not Responsive

September 10, 2024

Nissan, 2023 Pathfinder with only 8,600 miles. Bought on May 20, 2024 from this dealer “Certified” with only 7,000 miles, for a pretty penny as you can imagine. Made them aware of the problem with a couple of weeks. Alan Teyssedou,Fixed Operations Director, of Kelly Nissan of Woburn Ma, keeps telling me that it’s bumper deformation, when looking at the bracket tabs and the bumper loops from inside the engine compartment, on can clearly see that they are not snapped together. He sent the car to a body shop to, supposedly replace the brackets. The car came back with exactly the same problem. I pointed that out to Alan and I got the above mentioned explanation. From the looks of the brackets I am absolutely sure they were not replaced, additionally someone tried to glue one of the clips. What is lacking is the motivation and effort to have an expert shop take the issue seriously and put in the necessary work to correct the problem. I feel that I am getting the proverbial run around/brush off. He is supposedly putting in a claim for a new number which he tells me will be rejected. Anything that can be done from the Corporate office would be greatly appreciated. By the way l have been a loyal customer for decades and bought 3 new vehicles from Nissan besides this one.

Nissan Transmission Issue

October 11, 2024

Nissan, CVT Transmissions are terrible. Had to have the CVT transmission in my 2014 Nissan Versa replaced in 2022 which cost me $5,000. Now, two years later the transmission they replaced is failing. That’s another $5,000 that I don’t have. I called Nissan and they are refusing to help. Even though they are aware of the issues with their transmissions as there has been several lawsuits regarding the transmission. Nissan needs to make this right. A transmission should not go out in two years,

Nissan Altima Transmission Issue

September 30, 2024

Nissan, 2017 Nissan Altima Transmission bad after 61K miles. I have only 61K in miles on my Altima have worked from home for 4 yrs and it now needs to completely rebuilt after 61K miles. $5K out of my pocket. I saw the lawsuits filed for the same exact issue and am not happy. It is a complete driving hazard to suddenly not be able to accelerate. Nissan needs to make this right.

Nissan of Tampa/Brandon FL Worst Company

January 17, 2024

I was sold a car the end of 10/2023. I took my car to get checked last week and Nissan reported the car needed tires and they were at a 3 (replacement). I haven’t even put 2k miles on the car. I went to speak with manager Trey today which reported the tires were not at a 3 the time of purchase. So I wore my tires in 2 months? My concern started as the car would go left or right by itself and I was concerned for my safety. Nissan doesn’t want to replace tires. I trusted them as I bought cars from them before. Trey was VERY nasty and unwilling to assist from the start.

Key recall for 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport

November 16, 2023

Nissan had a problem with the Key Fob closing shut. It was a mandatory recall. So, I had it done. Now you can’t close the key into the fob. It is now a deadly weapon that could injure you!! It can’t be carried in your pocket because it can’t close, and it will stab you in the leg or rip your clothes. I tried to talk to customer service, and they could give a crap if it’s a problem. I have tried to call other numbers, and no one will help with the problem!! It should have been optional, not mandatory. So, if anyone gets hurt they will be sued!!
