  • I have a 2003 Nissan Altima and it has been hacked. Like a cell phone gets hacked. The people who hacked my car can jerk my steering wheel and make me run off the road. They can operate me gas anything on my car. Make my transmission not shift out and cut my engine off going down the road. Who do I need to contact to get this fixed and to make it a recall so no one else has this done to them?

  • What a waste of time calling the customer care department at Nissan ! I just wasted 30 minutes of my time talking to a male rep about my issue ? I didn’t realize ( 71 years driving ) that adding a Nissan part ( bicycle hitch ) thru a nissan dealer could void my car warranty !! I was told not to do ? I had added one to my Cadillac that cost me 250.00 and by adding it to my Nissan Murano it would by around 200.00 ( plus labor ) and if l want to make sure the liftgate worked l would need another part around 700.00 !!!!

  • Dear Nissan,
    I have a 2013 Nissan Rouge in desperate need of a paint job, I would attach a picture if I could, but not an option. I realize there was a recall on my vehicle that I was not informed about, maybe because I bought it used. I am still driving it, (not good advertising for Nissan), because I do not have a choice, very expensive to replace it. I love everything else about the car and I would have considered purchasing another one in the future, not now, not ever.

  • I was ready to get my fourth Nissan in 20 years. Now the model, saw the price, figure the payments, applied incentives mailed to me by Nissan. Then requested the quote on the telephone from Palmetto 57. Because of my health, I could not get to the dealership. Called them 4 times, had everything figured out. Then, I was informed that "the manager does not quote on the phone". Not even the disclaimer of perhaps. Such arrogance just maybe realize you do not need loyal customers. You guys are just after the sale and another dealership to go work for when you do not make the quota.

  • There are promises more than a year and a half from Nissan Henderson and Nissan United regarding my car in some things and what I did not get contacts and file numbers keep at 3 clean numbers and there was the last contact over a month ago
    All I got were promises, nothing more
    I don't think there is anyone who can help here
    The best way is to contact the main company
    I do not appreciate what I see from the service from all sides

  • Now I've heard it all. Recently took my 2018 Armada in for service and to address 2 issues unrelated to maintenance. Dealer had to replace a Brake Stop Switch and fix a rattle. Rattle was never fixed and switch wound up costing me $105. Vehicle only has 44k and is 2.5 yrs old. The faulty switch left us partly stranded as vehicle cannot be cranked conventionally with Start button. We had to get out, lock doors, use fob to remote start, then get back in vehicle. When I bought the 2018 Armada I had no idea that the 1st thing to break would be a switch that would prevent me from starting the vehicle.

    Now here is the pathetic part, when I asked the dealer for an explanation and for regional corporate number, Dealer replied "hey, we don't build them, we just sell them and fix them". When I registered a complaint with 1-800-Nissan1, I got a phone cal from Cust Serv Rep in Franklin, TN that told me "dealerships are independently owned and operated, your best bet is contact the dealer about your issue". So, neither party wants to take responsibility for poor engineering and design. By the way, the internet is full of Nissan owners with this same problem. There is even a TSB about this Brake Stop Switch which my dealer never mentioned and likely did not check.

    I am done with Nissan, never again. Poor dealer service and worst corporate accountability. I'm heading to TOYOTA.

  • Should be a recall on 2011 Nissan Jukes. Something is draining the battery. I have replaced it twice in the past year. If it's not cranked everyday it has to be jumped off. Looked on line and it is a big problem with others.

Looked on line and it's an ongoing problem with a lot of people. There should be a recall. My grandson loves driving the car but never knows when it will crank.
