Papa John’s, I would of gave the store a 0 rating! The manager on 100 N. Santa Rosa St., San Antonio, TX 78207 was very rude and very insulting. I ordered pizza for my staff and I for Halloween at 11:15 a.m., and we noticed at and called when the pizza supposed to arrive at 12:45 p.m. and it was 1:33 p.m. I called back to the number and the store phone rang for 30 minutes until I got the manager on the line and told me, “We are swamp and trying to catch up,” and I told him I ordered my pizza early and he told me they were in the oven at 1:33 p.m., and if I get off the phone with you and not argue I can finish getting your pizza out to you. So I called back to just cancel the order because of my staff needing to go to lunch break, and no answer. So I ordered my pizza from Dominos. I will never go back to this store with the store manager being rude and call and let us know the pizza will be ready in 3 hours. I love your pizza and get pizza at another location but not at 100 N. Santa Rosa St., San Antonio, TX 78207.

Papa John’s, Mad I can’t speak with a responsible Live person. I made order #1169811447 online, attempted to call local store but system kept hanging up on me, reached a person on order line, asked for a supervisor but she hung up me, sent 2 complaints requesting to be contacted via phone, no reply to this moment, if this were my company, I’d be Very disappointed!!! I Need someone to call me ASAP!

Papa John’s, The store on Bryan Ave Has Issues manager name Zac. So I orderd after several weeks of going elsewere because this store was going downhill in quality as well on customer service they said it would be 40 min and it was an hour and 15 min the pizza was cold the girl that delivered the food just took my money and didnt even bother to call the manager to either credit me rhe money for the missing diet instead I called and he said he will sent one out and never did. I work hard for my money to just give it away to companys like this that provide a terrible quality of food and service if I pay for something I expect it to be hot and correct not that hard aggree.

I placed an order with Papa John’s last night. Shaq large pizza, Twix desert, two-liter Diet Pepsi. This was at the forest Dale Al. Store. They took twice as long to deliver. Delivered the wrong pizza. Did not send my diet drink. I tried calling for hours. They would not answer the phone. This morning I got up and called nobody could help me at all. The pizzas were delivered while I was in the shower. My grandmother took the order thinking it was correct. They sent two small pizzas. Neither was what I ordered. I spent $40.00 last night the lady who delivered was very nice. The people at the store were not helpful. Thank you for hearing my concerns.

I was treated totally unprofessionally by a alleged manager named Ethan. I was lied about my order and he was rude and offered to make new pizza as to what I expected at my full cost. I don’t need 4 pizzas. Um real. Needs to be addressed and corrected. This store number #923 Clermont Florida 34711
